I can not say enough about the service Ann Marie at the service was so friendly as was the other girl (I have forgotten her name)the guys in the back
Working to get every job completed. A million thanks to you all. I will definitely refer you to others and I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't sell me individual lug nuts. Tried to force me into buying a set of 20. So I called Fountain Tire instead and they hooked me up.
Edit: and Fountain Tire gave me the two loose nuts for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say. After blowing my tire out on the Anthony Emily became my life saver. She was able to get me in and solve my tire issue. I honestly would be hooped till Monday if it wasn't for her. Not to mention her customer service was above and beyond. Other places I called were dismissive or condescending. Where as Emily was kind, she listened, and honestly if her boss reads this she needs a raise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After experiencing a flat tire on the QEII, we called the Leduc Kal Tire location to see if we get our tire repaired. Heather answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful. When arriving, Heather went out of her way to assist us but unfortunately the tire could not be repaired. Sadly, I could not purchase the tire required from Kal Tire, otherwise I gladly would have done so. They went so far as to remove our blown tire from the rim and package both the rim and tire in bags for us. They also re-torqued the donut spare tire to ensure that we would be safe. The customer service that we received was exemplary and will be definitely be purchasing all tires in the future from this Kal Tire location. Heather and all the folks at this Kal Tire made what was an otherwise bad day into a much better one. We cannot thank them enough for the outstanding service that they provided to us. 5 stars is not enough to describe the outstanding customer service that these folks provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here twice now, and both times I have left thoroughly impressed. Once for new brakes/rotors, and once for some new steering parts. Both times the job was done sooner than I expected and for a fair price. Staff is honest, professional and courteous. Great job!
