They’ve always provided me with outstanding customer service just yesterday I was looking for a spark plug for my lawnmower and Tom went above and beyond to make sure I got the right one. It was a rare spark plug but he tracked it down for me. Thanks Tom!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an online order for two small items to be reserved for pick-up in-store on June 19th. After 3 weeks without any sort of contact from the store telling me my parts were in, I called to find out, and was told they had my parts after about 10 minutes of searching. The next day I went to the store and they not only sold me the wrong part which was 3x more expensive than the one I ordered, they did not even have the actual part I ordered in stock, and would have to ship it here from Vancouver. As if that wasn't the worst of it, I was told that they couldn't honor the sale I ordered the parts with because they only honor sales within 48 hours of the order, then proceeded to tell me that it was MY fault that I didn't contact the store within 48 hours of placing the order. This is ridiculous, it is the STORE's responsibility to contact ME within 48 hours of my order, and I should not be punished for their laziness. Needless to say, I will never be ordering from this NAPA location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who and why are you buying parts here!! The prices are absolutely unreal. The mark up is insane. There are so many other options. Amazon.. $50 Toyota dealer.. $180 Napa.. $305 WHY!!
