R	Ryan Lima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With all the rain recently, the location where I store my trailer went to mush and ultimately got the trailer stuck. I chose Oil Country based on speaking with dispatch and their reviews. Cody came and together we got the trailer out safely without causing additional damage. To Cody I give him 5 stars, professional and I could tell he was concerned about doing it right. I am taking one star off because originally this was just a recon mission for approach but we decided to try then and there. I asked about pricing to dispatch prior but was told we will take a look at it. I am a realistic person and familiar with heavy equipment, a sub par operator could have easily done damage to my unit costing me way more than the call out. Bottom line, it took under an hour to get the trailer out just try to get a clear understanding of the equipment they are sending and what your cost exposure is. I don't think anything was done shady here I just felt it was a bit higher than the other companies I called. Thanks Oil Country and most importantly Cody.

The driver, Lindsay, that came to my rescue was pleasant( despite the cold) polite and went above and beyond with the level of service , making sure I was ok and put air in another tire that he thought was low. Shout out to you all!

The man on the phone was rude and short with her, told her he would call her back, then hung up on her before she could give him a #. My mom figured he was annoyed with her because he had a hard time hearing her, but I was sitting next to her and she was very understandable. I know it's cold today and he may have been busy but to treat a customer who is willing to pay $60 just to have her car boosted is outrageous. Never again will I use this place. Absolutely horrible service.

Called this morning right on time to tell me the driver was on its way. Car towed and made it to work on time.... Great, affordable and highly recommended service... A HUGE thanks to the whole Oil Country TEAM!!!
