They came 4 times and $1200. Later still not fixed. Lady in the office says not there problem (really ) called LPH. And they fixed it in 5 minutes adjusted fan speed

Our furnace stopped turning on earlier today, resulting in an increasingly cold house. We called your office and Mike called us back shortly afterwards and booked an appointment for 6pm. He arrived promptly and figured out what was wrong with our furnace. Something about a pressure switch malfunction. Honestly didn't understand the rest of what he said. He replaced it and had our furnace working within a half hour. Mike was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was been to our home several times over the years, and we're always very appreciative of his efforts.

They installed a brand new Bryant furnace for me. Excellent job. Disposed of my old furnace. Used floor runners to keep the house clean while they ran in and out to make cuts outside. Will be recommending them and using for my new furnace maintenance.

I had this company come over last week in regards to a leak in our attic. We had originally called Leduc Plumbing & Heating, but they couldn't come out until the spring and advised us to call this company. My husband made the appointment and was not advised in advance of the service call fee. My husband also sent photos of the attic and the ice buildup so that they would be prepared. A man came over, peeked in the attic, and then told me that he wasn't sure what was causing the leak and that not much could be done in January. He said he'd have to come back in the spring or summer, but that I could call a roofer in the mean time and perhaps they would be able to figure out the problem. He made a mention of a possible fix being to change our pipe size from 6-inch to 4-inch, but he admitted he wasn't sure if that would help. As he was walking out after being here for only a few minutes, he told me there would be a fee for $105. He didn't provide me with an invoice of all that he did, or any issues he noticed. He just left. Now, I completely understand the need to charge for a service call, but that's an outrageously high fee for doing absolutely no labour, installing no materials, and then leaving very quickly without rectifying the problem at all. We should have been advised of this fee BEFORE he came over. In contrast, we just had Weiss Johnson over to the house. When I called to make the appointment, they knew a roofer would be needed and had me book Jayson Global to come out at the exact same time. Leduc Sheet Metal never even mentioned that I'd need a roofer there at the same time that they would be there. Weiss Johnson and Jayson Global came all the way from Edmonton, so there was travel involved unlike with Leduc Sheet Metal. They were here for 1 hour and took notes of everything that needed to be done, but due to the January ice, they couldn't fix anything. Both companies decided not to charge a service fee, BUT they told us in advance exactly how much it would be. So we were prepared for those service fees, but I do appreciate that they decided not to charge us since they couldn't do any work today. Leduc Sheet Metal should take notes, as this was a lot of money for my family to spend on such a disappointing service call. We were charged for 1 hour, and our security camera shows that the guy was here for far less than that. Furthermore, we provided photos PRIOR to the call. On the invoice, there was no information provided other than to back-up what we had already advised them of before they came over (ice buildup, etc). We should not have been charged for a full hour of 'work.' My husband has e-mailed the company, and I'm interested to see if anything will be rectified.

Just had these guys install a new furnace for us. 4.5-hours from arrival to complete. New furnace is half the noise and 2/3 the size of previous one. Job done well and left very clean and tidy.

Ventilation system not installed properly for tankless hot water heater can’t be fixed until spring and who knows how much that’s going to cost absolute horrible service guarantees his work and then just up and retires and now I’m stuck with this mess
