★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed a call on a Saturday afternoon looking for help with my dishwasher. Bob came over in a matter of minutes. He figured out the parts we needed and, to my surprise, drove to co-op to retrieve them. I was very thankful for his help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our hot water tank went down Thursday night, they were the only ones who answered the phone promptly (no voicemail) when I started calling around Friday morning. They were able to get parts and have it fixed Friday night so we didn't have to wait any longer for hot water. Amazing service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our furnace wasn't working and the house was quite cold when we called for help. Riley was fabulous in making us aware of their higher rates during the weekend, and even came to the house really quickly to assess the problem. We'll be ordering a new part on Monday, but kudos to Riley for his prompt, friendly customer service. This the second time we've used Millennium and have had nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend.
Thanks Brent for fixing my furnace door as well! Much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn’t have hot water in our ensuite bath/shower. Was quoted ~$230, and reassured that a flush of our Navien tankless water heater likely resolve the issue. Five hours, three parts, and $1000 later we still don’t have hot water in our bathroom. Had to call another company that fixed the problem in less than an hour for $200.
