I phoned them after hours and they dispatched a service tech to diagnose the problem next day. They provided a window AC unit until a replacement unit could be delivered. The install was scheduled to start between 8-9 AM and they arrived at 8 AM. Everything is working fine now. They took really good care of us. Recommended.

They responded to our call within one hour of our text message. We were able to have a new unit installed the next morning. They arrived on time and were ready to get to work. They were friendly and very polite. Our home was respected with drop sheets, etc. They wore their covid masks during the entire visit. After my 18 year-old tankless water heater went kaput, I contacted Marx Mechanical and they were incredibly helpful in helping me arrange a new one. They set up an appointment right away to come and assess the problem, and took the time to walk me through a bunch of different options and pricing options. Since I had been without hot water for several days at this point, they then prioritized our service to make sure we had hot water sooner rather than later. Since our existing system was 18 years old, they even took the time to make sure the new one was up to code. They arrived on time, got to work and were super efficient. Not only that - but they vacuumed up after the install just in case of any dirt from the old system. We had other quotes for $9500 for a tankless water heater, and the team at Marx Mechanical were incredibly reasonable and transparent. They made what would've been an otherwise terrible experience (not having hot water!) and really turned it around with a great outcome. Thanks so much to John, TJ, and Mark who all saved the day (and our showers!). 11/10 would recommend.

I received a quick reply phone call and they were able to see me that morning, even quicker than promised. The service person was able to determine the source of the problem and make the needed repairs right away. In my conversations with the repair person I felt that he knew his stuff and provided a lot of helpful information. They have earned my trust and I will continue to call on them when needed.

The motor was not working so he told us he would get back to us with a quote for replacing the motor. We also asked for a quote for replacing the furnace as it was 17 years old. We decided to replace the furnace so we were set up with an installation date on Monday morning. They came on time for the installation and were very professional, friendly and completed the work in a reasonable timeframe. We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Marx Mechanical.

Being that the furnace was 16 years old, we opted for a new one. Marx Mechanical quoted a good price and installed the new equipment promptly without any extra costs. We were impressed with their professionalism and their promptness in dealing with the issue. Their staff and technicians were exemplary.
