★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave me the wrong burger. Told them I wanted a mozza and somehow they thought I said teen. It was my lunch break or I would have gone back and gotten a refund.
Have had issues there multiple times and will not be returning anymore now. Also this could be avoided if they fixed their display that shows your order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a couple of spicy habanero burger the other day at drive thru. Burger didn't have habenro sauce in it but just mayo. Thought mistakes happened, went back in the drive thru. But she refused to fix it or replace it saying that's how that burger is. Realizing expecting a decent conversation is a waist of time, gave back the burgers and got the refund.

I went through drive thru and I had black hair in my burger... when I went inside someone led me to the owner who refused to return my money and told me to take the hair out and eat it because "it's food" she then turned around and walked to the back talking very poorly about me to her co workers and told them not to serve me anymore!!! never have I received such horrible customer service!! if I could give this place a -10 I would

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my favorite beyond meat burger and took it home to eat after a long day of work and there was ONLY burger cheese and bun! NOTHING else no sauce or pickles etc. Very disappointing. I did not go back as I was to tired. So if I could it would be a -8 score.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, but somehow this place costs $5 more than the A&W we went to yesterday. We ordered the same thing, yet somehow it added up to $5 more today at this location. We asked the cashier about it, but she didn’t seem to care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My office ordered a very large lunch order with a variety of substitutes and preferences as a celebration and it was such great service. They got everything correct, labeled all of the different meals, were prompt and extremely friendly. They assisted us bringing it out to our vehicle and even gave us a couple extras. The manager was extremely organized and we had a very good experience!! Thank you
