From our humble origins as breakfast experts – to today’s menu with dozens of modern dishes for any time of the day, Ricky’s is a place where everyone feels at home.
Ricky’s opened its doors in Vancouver in 1962 as Ricky’s Pancake House, famous for buttermilk pancakes, value breakfast specials, and the very best service. Ricky’s expanded in the 1980s to include full lunch and dinner. As well, in 2014, Ricky’s acquired ABC Country Restaurants, a chain that had delivered great country fare for over 40 years. This merge brought together two great brands, both with a rich history of delivering exceptional food and service to Canadian families.
In 2017, the Ricky’s brand further expanded with the launch of Ricky’s Café, a new contemporary café concept with an express burger and sandwich bar and gourmet home meal takeout service. All while still serving the famous breakfasts and high quality lunch and dinner items Ricky’s is known for.
With ongoing expansion, including new locations opening in Alberta and BC, Ricky’s has 85+ locations across Canada to serve you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I went here tonight for dinner and we had a great time. Our waitress Lanaya was extremely kind and helpful, she filled up our drinks without us asking, and was very social and friendly. Over all she made an extra effort to make sure our stay was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I was on my way to my motel at about 7:20pm I called ahead to order food for pickup (thinking I was calling the location at my motel) knowing they close at 8, I figured that would give them time to make it, and I wouldn’t make them wait to close. Well I ended up calling this location which was about 10 maybe 15 minutes away, and no wheels available to get it in time. I called them back to let them know my situation. After a few minutes (of off the cuff planning) the lovely ladies let me etransfer my bill and to top it all off, I believe it was the manager that delivered it to me. Absolutely wonderful group of gals there taking care of my dumb mistake.
So that being said, I thank you very much for the amazing service on my behalf and will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends/family. Oh and don’t do what I did!! Read the address. In the end the food was good and still hot. Thank you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Ricky's in Leduc Common is one of my fave places to go. Breakfast all day, lunches and suppers with lots of options--can't go wrong. I really appreciate Anna's extra touch when I get her as a server. She recognizes me soon as I come through the door and she's already got the hot coffee and hot water ready; sometimes as I am sitting down. She gives me time to decide and is always bubbly and courteous. Now that is a real treat and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for a bite to eat with my friends. AMAZING food and staff were super friendly and helpful. The chicken tenders were so plump juicy, and my king burger with added bacon mushrooms was to die for, will totally order again. It was fresh beef and could tell. Thanks to all the staff at Ricky's Leduc common, impressive keep up the great work we will be returning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in there yesterday afternoon! Food was great well portions and Hot! We had a pregnant server that was also helping training staff member when it was busy and she never forgot about us! She was well organized and very pleasant with our son! I can’t remember her name but I highly suggest going for breakfast and asking for her! Would recommend to all friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a great dinner with my family here tonight. We had sweet potato fries, a burger, the fried chicken and shrimp platter and a kids grilled cheese. Everything tasted amazing! Our server Lanaya was absolutely wonderful. She was great with our 3 year old and very attentive. Perfect service! We will definitely be back.
