J	Justin Taguchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a young girl who served us (Avi) and she was nice and was doing the best she could and is the only reason this rating is at 2 stars. The food left much to be desired. My wife's omelet was way undercooked, my 9 year old said his chicken nuggets tasted funny, and for $15.99 I was served a paper thin veal cutlet not much bigger than a half a slice of bread along side cold as gell fries and gravy that was cold as well. I guess this was a tell tale sign as to why we were the only customers in here at supper time on a Saturday.. I have always been a fan of smittys and am said to see and taste the state of the Smitty's in Leduc.
S	Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed with the quality of service. We have been regular customers for over a decade but I think this is the last visit for us. When you are charging nearly 20 dollars for a breakfast plate, it is your responsibility to ensure quality is there. My entire table of food came out cold. My kid's meal was a congealed mess. The meat on my benedict was so overcooked it was like chewing on rubber. This has been our regular experience for some time now. Our server was nice, and they are always nice, but the quality had dropped substantially and the prices have raise significantly so we are going to stop coming. Best of luck.

The decor is pretty dingy, ceiling tiles stained, definitely needs a freshening up at the very least. Service was barely satisfactory. Next time in Leduc will be trying White Spot instead.
S	Shelley kostner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my daughter and grandson here for brunch april 16th. We ordered 2 eggs bene and strawberry crepes. Strawberry jam on crepes actually dont taste very good. But was eaten. Bene's were good. But what i have an issue with is the young blond waitress washed the seat of the next booth then preceded to wash table top. Unacceptable, ive been in food servis nearly 40 years and good practice is to have 2 seperate clothes, one for table top and one for the seats. Had i not ordered already we would have walked out. Will go back again but if i see that i will be leaving and never returning.

Took 10 minutes for us to be seated another 45 minutes of waiting at the table for our food just to be told the cooks did not want to accommodate my simple request (chorizo sausage instead of breakfast sausage in my skillet). I left before we could eat. An hour of my life I will never get back. Just go to Edmonton if you want Smitty's save yourself the frustration

Finally got seated about 20 minutes after arriving. Sat down and the waitress said she would be right back to take our order. At least 25 minutes went by and no one came by to take our order?? We were seated directly in front of the kitchen entry so we were in plain sight. In any event we gave up and left. Very, very disappointed in the service, there's obviously a problem at this restaurant especially after reading some of the other reviews....
M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. My mom and I came here for breakfast today and left 45 minutes after waiting for nothing. We waited over ten minutes for our server to come by just to get a “Oh, you were hiding on me”. She walked by us numerous times so she obviously knew we were there. Only came by to offer a refill on coffee once. When asked how long our breakfast would be and if it would be much longer she shrugged and said “it might be.” that was the only response and she went on to ignore us for another twenty minutes before we just asked for the bill for the coffee. Never once did she or a manager come out to offer an apology. Conveniently after we asked for the bill our breakfast came right out but we were just tired of waiting and being ignored. Waitress sent someone else over with the bill. Not sure if she forgot to put our order in, but the least you could do is give people a heads up if the kitchen is backed up. They need to train their servers better.
