M	Mfg Engineer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always seems be be an issue with the service here. Food is good but much improvement is needed as Wendy's is typically flawless across Canada. I'd be focusing in this location for improvement to get to Wendy's standard. UPDATE: Philippina woman at order window is so rude. No hello. When handed a plastic cup with a plastic lid and a paper straw, I asked if she thought it made sense. She rolled her eyes, shut the window and turned her back. That was the very last time I will go there. No wonder there was no line.

The manager should not be in this position he needs to take anger management. I have never in all my years seen someone treated the way he treated this gentleman. Screaming and yelling like a wildman. And screaming at employees as well. Leduc Wendy's u should be ashamed of yourselves???
I	I Am Real Eyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The breakfast sandwich is awesome compared to any other breakfast sandwich places, can ask for tomatoes and onions on your breakfast sandwich to, add some bacon...that Swiss sauce on it good, I like the little square sausage patty
O	Obinna Okoye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time this has happened. They advertise that they’re open till 10pm but let you waste your time while waiting for someone to take your order. When you finally drive up to the window, the staff look at you and walk away without saying anything only to emerge seconds later to tell you that they close 5 minutes before 10pm! Well, advertise your closing time as 9:55 and block off the drive through if your not going to serve people.
A	Allan Revoy ARKNET on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some times I get good service, good food. Other times not. One thing I think Wendy's as a Corp should get rid of is this Mc Donald's idea on the breakfast. I LIKE BURGERS FOR BREAKY. My opinion breakfast ends at 830 9am not 11am. Open up the menu to serve it all. Lay back on the salt, on the fries . Like I said some days good some days bad.

First they forgot an order of fries, then they gave us orange pop instead of orange juice, they gave us plum sauce instead of sweet and sour sauce and they didnt give any nacho chips for the taco salad. Called them 3 times and no one picks u the phone.

I've ordered the same order the exact same way for 15+ years this is the first time I've been given a small... Would have been fine if it was an accident but don't blatantly lie to a longtime customer!!!
