β€œShouldn’t you know what Gluten-Free bread looks like?” -said one of your employees towards a paying customer ?

Stop putting your customers health and safety at risk. Would you label something with peanuts as "no peanuts" just to make a couple bucks when it could kill someone? Retrain yourselves on health code rules.

Delicious sandwiches, fresh ingredients, & friendly staff! What more can you ask for? Oh, you want a tiger brownie? They have those too! One of my fave places to stop for lunch. I'm here most weeks at least once. It's THAT good. I highly suggest trying one of their grilled cheese concoctions. They're amazing. Give Phat Tony's a try & once you do, get a card & work towards a free sandwich because you WILL be back!

Finally made it here! And it was well worth the wait! I got the Phat Tony's Club and the Clam Chowder soup! The sandwich came with the potatoe salad which was delicious! Decent prices for what you get $11.95 for the Club and added the cup of soup for $3.00. The soup definitely tasted homemade as well...and if it isn't homeade then?? So many other options to try from grilled cheese sandwich varieties to salad and wraps!!

I'm not sure how a bowl of soup and a sandwich comes to $20 before tip, but it did. Everything is made fresh...but at that price it better be. I honestly cannot discern why such a simple lunch costs this much; I know the food service industry and this does not compute.thr sandwich was bacon, cheese and vegetables...not expensive ingredients. Soup is dirt cheap, that's why we have soup kitchens to feed the poor...so why is it $20 for a soup and sandwich? The quality is there but the price point makes it difficult for me to rate this place any higher.

We drove from Edmonton for breakfast as we heard that Phat Tony's serves excellent breakfasts and lunches. Boy, was that the truth! Their regular breakfast was anything but regular. I mean really, a homemade style three egg, bacon or ham, potato wedges, tomatoes and Cobbs bread breakfast for under 10 bucks! Are you kidding me? So good and worth the drive! We are going to become regulars. A must go to restaurant!

This restaurant mislabeled the sandwiches we ordered and put a non gluten free sandwich in the β€œGF” Labeled box. Trusting the boxes were labeled correctly my friend with celiac ate half her sandwich before starting to feel sick. After calling to explain what they had done they told us it was our fault for not knowing what gluten free bread looks like and would not offer compensation for their mistake. Extremely rude and handled this situation very poorly and unprofessionally. Would not recommend supporting this type of business when they treat customers this way.
