The staff was very helpful by figuring all the insurance etc. Also were ready to explain side effects for the new medication we received. In the end we walked out with the medication and some Airmiles as well. Kudoos

Normally when I go into the store I am treated promptly, however one of the staff members ignores their own policies and is a witch whenever either my husband or I come in. I tried to send a sample of motor oil one time according to regulations and she told me it was a dangerous good and that it would EXPLODE!!! After calling the authorities and getting an official letter, I went to the downtown post office instead and the lady there was awesome and knew her regulations inside and out. It got mailed from downtown promptly. The Rexall post office NEVER answer the telephone. I have tried calling on multiple occasions to find out if a flexdelivery package is actually there or not because they FAIL when it comes to processing the flexdelivery packages. More times than not there will be a package waiting for me and I have not received the flexdelivery email to tell me it's there. I have gone in to pick up one package and they inform me that there are 3 waiting there for me. 2 weeks later, I will get the notification emails from the other 2 packages. The whole operation is just a gong show.

They even take the time with you to go through and confirm all the pertinent information that applies to your needs and health keeping their records up to date .. Thumbs up to a great group of people ??? Thank you all for your attentiveness remembering who I am as an individual not just a client, and the excellent customer service.
