★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to see Dr. Mandal about my two ingrown toe nails that has been bothering me for many years. I had already seen my family physician about this issue, who then referred me to the foot institute and Dr. Mandal. At the time of the procedure the Doctor was extremely patient as well as informative. He explained everything in great detail prior, so there wasn't any surprises. I am terrified of needles especially a needle going into my foot, but he has a way of doing the freezing that made that experience so much more easier. He said that he actually practised on himself many, many times when he was in school becoming a podiatrist. I heard form the staff and a friend of mine that he was the best, and in my own experience I agree 100%.
Also to mention that I had to wait about 15 - 20 minutes to see him, but it is a SPECIALIST OFFICE and it was worth the wait. I would recommend this doctor and the Foot Institute for any of your foot care issues. The staff are all friendly and informative as well, which made my experience a pleasant one, and would not hesitate to come back!!
Thank You Dr. Mandal, I can now caring on my life without worrying about my ingrowns anymore!

With a five-pronged approach (cortisone shot, meds, orthotics, night brace & rest), I'm confident I'll be back on my feet in no time.....no, pun intended!

He was able to squeeze me in to check my injury and schedule my surgery a few days later. He made me feel comfortable, assuring me things would be okay. My recovery has been nothing but amazing. I thank Dr. Todd Schnoor for his expertise and knowledge in helping me recover quickly.
