Troy and Carlos really helped with my recovery, and they made me a great plan to continue building my strength. The whole team is SO nice and helpful, it’s a really easy process, and overall the experience with the physiotherapy made a huge impact on me. :)

Explained what she was doing and why. Gave me stretching & strength exercises to maintain at home. So happy I went there. If I ever need physio again, I will go there.

Would most definitely recommend as they actually work with the patients as opposed to just a heating pad and some tensing that the majority of Physio places offer.

Using various techniques she effectively works to release the tension while simultaneously creating a relaxing environment. Harman clearly has a great understanding of the body and is skilled with her techniques. 10/10 would recommend!

Troy provided me with a thorough assessment where he easily explained my injury and the recovery plan to get me back to doing the things I love. From start to finish Aspire made my recovery process easily understandable and I can now say that I am longer limited by my body and can get back on the golf course! Can't speak more highly of the whole team there, thanks Aspire.

He was very realistic about what I should expect. He guided me through out my sessions. I had a wonderful experience with the team here. I would highly recommend them!

The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and overall the atmosphere was Super clean and sanitized. They made my visits here easy and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for physical therapy. They were great.
I	Irene Tong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Jennifer at Aspire Physiotherapy and she was fantastic. A great physiotherapist but also really easy to talk to and very friendly! Unlike many clinics where you mainly do exercises every appointment, here they actually perform various treatments and pair it with exercises that they give you to do as homework. Because you're getting treatments (ex. massage, theragun, cupping, TENS machine, etc) it maximizes your ability to do the exercises more effectively and results in getting better faster. I've been to numerous physio clinics and this one has been my best experience - I'm a little sad to be discharged because I did really enjoy my appointments! Would recommend Jen at Aspire to anyone looking for a 10/10 physiotherapist!
