She has a clean, well-maintained and comfortable setting. Communicating with Shannon is excellent and when we have had an injury that cannot wait too long for treatment, she does her best to see us as quickly as possible. We have never felt like just a file to her. We highly recommend Shannon.

She has made the biggest difference in how my body has felt, healed after major surgery’s, and illness. She is also a licensed acupuncturist and is so good at what she does! We are moving north and will be making sure to coordinate appointments just so that we can squeeze in a massage when we are in the city for sure! Always able to answer my questions and has a friendly comforting attitude :) She worked on my arms because my hands have been swollen, pulsing and hot for months and I got relief immediately after my appointment! I was in shock. 100% will be a long-term client. Even topping it with a deep tissue massage from the other lady working there was like a cherry on top. Thank you so much !!

Before that I spent a year trying other therapist because I have major neck issues and pain. This may come with years of experience but there are not many therapist who are properly trained in handling the neck. That is something you don’t want somebody messing up and not massaging with knowledge and care. My first ever massage with Shannon was LIFE changing! I can finally get relief from my neck pain AND she knows, feels and can tell ME where all the bad spots are. She has some kind of technique and ability to feel every single knot and knows how to loosen them up even in that one session. Elsewhere, I would just get a very basic swipe under the neck. If you are fortunate enough to find an appointment spot with her DO IT now. She is a very busy woman with 3 young kids and running a business so understanding her spots can be limited. My husband and I book her well in advanced because I cannot function in life with out her massage therapy sessions. She’s also very professional, friendly and tidy. You have the freedom to chat it up or take a snooze during your session. If you need to reschedule just let her know in advance! May the odds ever be in your favour :)
