The only time that I drifted back to reality was when Amita checked in to make sure I was comfortable and the pressure was good. Afterwards, I felt like a billion dollars! I was able to move more freely, I felt great- even the next day! HIGHLY recommend!

I have been in different places with different experiences from worst, mediocre to Okay but Olga did a great job by mixing cups, hot towel, heat pad and a full 90 minutes of great deep tissue, full body effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Arnica for almost 2 years now and they are one of the best wellness centers I have been to. Melissa is amazing! I was seeing her for prenatal massage and continued to see her for post natal. She is super kind, listens to your concern areas and works with you to leave you feeling relaxed as she goes above and beyond during the sessions. Also saw Richard for acupuncture and for inducing my labor, he was amazing and explained everything he was doing - so amazing that I went into labour 10hrs later that evening!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I got a massage here with Yvonne, firstly such a lovely lady. secondly I get massages done regularly as I’m in the dental field and get really knotted in my back. Never has my back felt so light after a massage and without any pain during the massage. I’m in absolute love her hands are like magic, she is the best!!!!!
