K	Kyle Davies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a pilot, we stay in a lot of hotels. This was my first stay at the best western and I'm happy to say that my experience at this hotel was very good. The staff was very welcoming and the room was clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Laila and Adriana tried to come with Myriad solutions to solve our problem. They went beyond what others will do and they made sure that we were happy at the end. If you want the highest customer service experience, you need to come here.

Their water at the lounge tasted really good as well as their complimentary coffee. I also really appreciate the staff being very hospitable, patient, and kind. Their restaurant was fantastic! I had the butter chicken and their portions were huge and was soooo good. Had complimentary breakfast the next day and it was the regular American style breakfast. Staff was really kind. Amazing experience overall! Clean room and bathroom as well!

Customer service is on par with the best in the world!! It is clear that management supports diversity and inclusion. Very clean well maintained environment! I give them 4.75 out of 5.

My issues started when the hotel tried to charge me for pets in the room, but could not provide me with any proof. I offered my own proof that contradicted the possibility of pets being in my room. They tried to charge me a cleaning fee but eventually refunded it when I complained again. I will not be staying here again! Pet owners beware as they may try to charge you an extra cleaning fee if they find any pet hair!
J	John Brook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say this has been one of the worst stays in a hotel I have ever had. The level of incompetence of the staff was at an all time high. I originally booked for 2 nights weeks ago. I asked to have my stay extended for another 2 nights which was done but my room was downgraded. We arrived late Wed night. The front desk looked after our reservation for the 4 nights and gave me breakfast vouchers for the 2 mornings I paid for. When we got to our room it was obvious it was ready for guests. The floor was dirty. No water for coffee. No coffee for the maker. No facecloth. The next day we get a text asking about our stay. I expressed how disappointed I was and that I wanted the room cleaned and restocked. I told them the room was empty. I then get a text late in the day that they knocked on the door and thought someone was there so did not enter and clean up. When we arrived back at the hotel they then sent housekeeping to our room so we had to leave. The next day I get another text asking to stop at the front desk to reregister and give me the breakfast vouchers. I already registered and already received the breakfast vouchers. Today I get a text asking if they can clean and restock the room. YES I put out the sign that says "Please clean my room" I guess I should have read more reviews about the place.

Only ate at the restaurant 1 night for wing night but the wings were a great deal and tasted even better. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for your next stay.
