Great service from David. I had previously seen Raymond who was amazing, however got a chance to meet David this time as Raymond was away. David was professional and extremely helpful. I truly enjoy the service I receive at Regency Lexus!

Leasing can be complicated. Our leasing representative was amazing. She was professional, competent and kind. She helped us when we leased originally and just recently when we paid the lease out. thank you. Outstanding. We will be back. She was GREAT!!!!

The staff, in particular David and Will, were amazing, knowledgeable and kind. The complimentary vehicle was new and clean. The service itself was timely and completed in the estimated time. Overall , I had a great experience at my service appointment.

Brought in my car to service and also with 2 punctured tires. The advisor, David Pham’s service was exceptional. Despite the fact that the tech did a poor and lowsy job on service on my vehicle. David quickly acted on the situation and made things right as per my request. He made sure my vehicle was safe to be on the road and passed all inspection. The reason why I’m continuing my trust with Regency Lexus is because of David. Since the day I switched from open road to regency, I’ve always felt that customer satisfaction were his priorities. Will went above and beyond to ensure every concern I brought up when delivering the vehicle for maintenance is completely addressed and ensure that the maintenance is completed in time for me to collect the vehicle for my out-of-town trip. This type of consistent high quality services from Regency Lexus is the reason I always ensure maintenance of my beloved vehicle is done in this location.

Went back recently and my service bill was almost the same value of my vehicle. David was able to help us get the best service money can purchase. Completely satisfied with my recent maintenance visit to the service department. Staff, arrival/departure, attention to details β€” all excellent. Going in, I was confused about a dashboard operation for my side mirrors and Raymond was helpful in showing me how it worked. Thank you! Car runs great.

Shout out to Frank from regency sales who recently helped me with the purchase of a lexus is350, as well as David and his advisors who helped me with the rear spoiler installation at the service center. They were very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a bad part of the experience that I had to speak out about. When I came back to the store to pick up my vehicle, I was promised to have my rubber mats pressure washed which wasn't done but I didn't mind as my mats were still clean when I dropped off the car. The part that made me unhappy was when I discovered my interior was even dirtier than when I dropped off my vehicle. My driver's side rubber mat was covered in dirt including the part by the kick plate. A dirty paper mat was left on the front passenger seat. I literally bought the vehicle less than a week ago and now it is already filthy so you can imagine my reaction. Whoever was working or moving my vehicle was completely unprofessional. Best of all, when I was leaving the store, the gate was already closed. I understand that I picked up my car near the closing time, but would it hurt to check and make sure all customers have left the lot before closing the gate. Luckily I was able to find an advisor who was still in the shop to help me open the gate or I would not be able to leave. Overall it was not a great first experience at the service center and I would be hesitant to refer others to come here if this is how they treat their customers' vehicles.
