hunting\finding a reputable autobody place can be a hit and miss - but after lot of reddit and google review research I finally called Pender auto bodyshop-best decision ever!
from day 1 - Rina and Hung ensured all that was required was taken care off and they went above and beyond what is required to organize the courtesy vehicle for me and also organized new brake pads and full service for the vehicle before I could pick up the car.
The Santa fe was restored to a NEW state and drives like a dream.
Their due diligence is TOP notch and there is no ways I will ever take my car to another place for future work.

โ โ โ โ โ I read great reviews about Pender auto body limited on Reddit. I have a 2015 Subaru Forester XT which had damage caused by backing the car up into the garage and scraping it against a metal object. I visited a few other auto body shops however I ended up choosing Pender auto body because of the service. I emailed Rena at the service counter for Pender auto body and she promptly emailed me back with a date and time to come for a free estimate. At the estimate I met one of the owners for Pender auto body whose name is Hung. He greeted me with courtesy, assessed the damage and gave me a fair pricing. However just a double check I visited another body shop. There, I was rushed and treated like my car was not very important and not very valued.
I ended up going with Pender auto body. I was amazed by how quick the car was repaired and bycraftsmanship of their work. I explained to him that I was quite OCD when it came to paint matching and how straight the body is. My expectations were nothing less than looking like it was factory. And my expectations were definitely met. I'm definitely pleased by the work at Pender auto body and recommend this establishment to anybody who wants a great job done at a fair price. And I have nothing but great words to say regarding the staff there. Everybody seemed honest, courteous and respectful.

โ โ โ โ โ Hung and team are incredibly helpful and friendly. I've been here for a few repairs and the service has always been professional and workmanship great.
They have always been punctual with appointments which makes it easy to schedule in between work meetings for me.
I rarely post reviews but they really went above and beyond recently so this is the least I can do to thank them.

โ โ โ โ โ Exceptional service and quality of work. I have had numerous experiences with other body shops and they do not even come close to this location. I am a very detailed oriented person and it was so good to be recieved by someone that appreciates that and followed through accordingly. I can see why dealerships send their cars to these guys. Top notch work all the way. Hung was a pleasure to deal with and you can see why this place gets the highest rating around. My wife and I were 100% satisfied from start to end and I will be coming back to this location for all my body work needs in the future. Thank you Hung and all the staff at Pender auto body.
