$$5.79 in store Special...buyer beware...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been happy with this store until today.
We had ordered groceries online for pickup.
I parked in the pickup stall and called to let them know I was there.
No one answered the call, it went to voicemail. I didn't leave message.
Called again in 3 minutes and left voice message this time.
Waited 10 minutes and called again - went to voice mail again.
I went into store but couldn't find Store Manager.
Asked a staff member out on the floor and he indicated there was no manager available.
Told him I had been waiting over 10 minutes to pickup groceries but no one was answering phone. He took me to get my groceries and have them taken out to car.
I then returned to store to get Wolsley Komboucha. Because of the reusable bottles you can't do this via online order. The machine for filling bottles wasn't working properly which is a common occurence (about 4th occerence for me). When leaving I mentioned to cashier that the machine wasn't working properly. He indicated he already knew that and someone was coming to fix something with the CO2 tank. Would be nice if someone would put and out of order one the machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive, but decent quality. They have a different selection of groceries than other stores. The parking lot was a little difficult to navigate and google maps was confused about the entrance, just fyi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and open space. The bakery area is huge with tons of selection, and very friendly staff. That said, the rest of the aisles have limited varieties of brands, and don't stock many staple products I expected to see at any similarly sized grocery store. I live nearby but can't do my actual "shopping" here. Happy it's open for convenient snack access and last minute ingredients, but a little disappointed otherwise.
