★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've just moved into this wonderful location. Bright new high-spec apartments with an amazing building manager, Linda from Towers Realty who helped us through the application process, and put us right at ease from the first meeting.
Linda helped us both through the application process, showed us around a number of these new apartments and made us feel right at home.
My partner was initially very stressed by the potential of not having anywhere to live, but this quickly changed after meeting with Linda. Now we are anticipating a wonderful new opportunity to live here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was welcoming when ran by Towers. It was always clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The quality of this place diminishes further a further the longer Sunrex manages this location. Management is terrible at communicating with eachother and worse with tenants. No one can ever answer your question and nothing can ever be down without going up the chain of command.
Carpets and floors are left filthy to the point the colour or pattern begins to hide. Cleaning staff are always seen standing around on their phones. Complaints also go unheard about tenants leaving garbage in the hallways.
I'm so glad to be done with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to live, however few points to consider . 1-Don’t buy a lot of furniture if you’re leaving for few years. 2- important point , At the time of moving out, take your staff out and Don’t waste your time cleaning up the apartment , they will send you rude inspector who will find tremendous repair points , so forget about security deposit if your mind is matter , they will use it for maintenance and cleaning, .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building and apartments are nice. Beware. Multiple people have had their cars broken into, windows smashed and bicycles stolen. Management hasn't figured out how to make the building more secure. You'll spend $$$ on rent and repairing your vehicles/replacing stolen goods!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont get fooled by these young looking, polite and welcoming leasing agents . Those are there just to lock you in the rental agreement. Once you sign the agreement, you will be dealing with the older ladies (management team) that are rude. These management team would make you feel like you’re just unwelcomed guest and they’re paying for your rent, in other words, zero professionalism.
PS as other people stated here, they are really good at coming up with things to take out from your security deposit. I was being charged for an 8 hours cleaning fee when I actually left the apartment crystal clear (even more cleaner than when I actually got it). Either ways, make sure to take a video and pictures of the apartment before you leave as these guys do have a really great record of taking money out of your security deposit.

3- public transport Around 15 min Away which is uncomfortable experience in winter.
4- no kids playground nearby
5- when you moving out they forget how much you paid them annually and treat you like animal.
