I enjoyed every day living there for the cleanliness of the building and apartment, great location, quietness and most of all Ivana the best site manager EVER!!!! She always was so much friendly, attentive to every request and detail and very helpful!

Broadstreet provides bags at both side entrances people, use them! It is awesome that we have an apartment complex that allows pets. Don't let a few lazy people ruin it for us responsible pet owners. Clean up after your dog!!!
M	MARY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place to live and very friendly manager My apartment was at 590 Sterling lyon pkwy at the seasons location , Actually the view from my window was amazing seeing 2 lakes . The apartment is big and clean with elegant design. Diana the manager of the building is a wonderful person, she is so friendly and helpful . Always smiling and offering help and available for any questions or inquiries almost every day . It was a great experience living 4 years in this apartment! Loved it sooo much .

The leasing experience was easy - I just provided two months move out notice and this ended the lease, no problems. The resident manager is fantastic. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds are well maintained. Close to Fort White for walking and Biking. Centrally located, easy to get around the city. Only a few downsides, and they are minor. The complex allows pets. Not a problem normally, however it can be noisy when two large dogs meet in the hallway. Traffic in and around the complex is typically heavy, so driving can be slow. Surprisingly quiet though - I could not really hear traffic most days. It is certainly a location I would consider going back into.

She made our military posting process of moving to Winnipeg and into our apartment a breeze. She has been very good to us. When an issue arises that needs to be fixed in the apartment, she ensures it is done quickly and keeps us in the loop throughout the process. She is willing to listen and address any concern we've had while living in our unit. Also, the building grounds are kept pristine. The entire crew at Broadstreet Properties does a wonderful job keeping the building clean and in working order.

Nothing escapes her purview and her eye for detail is impeccable. She is a gem! The management of the building is impressive. We are delighted with the area for dogs and use it vigilantly. We have met lovely people in the building and look forward to our time here. I believe that Diana instills a lovely sense of community and addresses the needs of each and every one of her tenants and that makes a tremendous difference!

Right from day 1 when I first met her, she made me feel welcome even though I was "just looking" How could I not sign a lease when I saw how beautiful the apartments are, how clean the common areas are, how friendly all staff is, how quiet the area is, and of course the best part...DOG FRIENDLY! Open concept floor plan, great view over Fort Whyte, assigned parking, fenced dog run, and walking distance to so many amenities. Diana and her staff are quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and if it's after hours there is a 24/7 1-800# to Broadstreet Properties that will help with everything! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I think it is wonderful that it is a pet friendly complex; all the pet owners are respectful and the place is pretty quiet. The best part of my experience was Diana Barsky, the Site Manager at Seasons. She was wonderful to deal with, helpful and always prompt responding to emails. She is always available and responded to me even on Sundays. She made this process much easier for me and ensured I have a good experience. I would recommend staying at Seasons to my family and friends.
