Founded in 2019, Park Therapy and Consulting believes that connection is crucial in our lives, and that when our most important attachments are suffering, life can feel lonely and dark. At Park Therapy and Consulting, clinical therapist, Allison Park, is formally trained in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy; the bulk of her practice is dedicated to helping couples and families strengthen the bonds they have with one another. Allison also focuses on helping individuals and families who struggle with anxiety and trauma.
