★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best condo I ever lived in and I've lived in condos across several countries in Europe and Asia. Management was super nice and helpful, they will help with any problems even settling noise dispute with your neighbours. Amenities are nice and well maintained. When you had to leave, key handover is straightforward also and they don't try to cheat you out of your deposit (trust me this happened a lot back in Europe). They sent you bills with the details and very transparent about it. Sadly I had to move because of my job, otherwise I would probably stay with them for a long time.

During our most recent interaction with Krystle and not to mention other previous inquiries that we dealt with Krystle, Krystle went above and beyond to find the answers we were seeking while providing excellent customer service! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the 3 star rating speaks for it's self, a 3 star usually lacks in may areas The place is nice, and new but very cold during due to poor insulation the winter a little cheap and plastic in some areas considering the higher rent. There is no onsite storage, and the kitchen storage is very small.The management not very helpful. Snow cleanup is almost non existent. Hopefully you have an SUV or you won't be getting in a stall and that's if you can even find one by your own building as already stated in other reviews. Considering the theft is so high as stated in other reviews once again your think they'd do their tennants a favour and install cameras, No? suppose I'll still have to deal with that. The dog walk would be a lot more use if it was cleared with something other than a stick I guess, same with the cash grab visitor parking. It should be cleared if you're asking premium money to park on a street. I dont mind the screeching locomotives but some do. I'm sure my friends will love scramble parking when I invite all of them and they don't have to pay for parking ? I'm starting to think this place is ran by all the cats and dogs that reside here lmfao

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall great apartments, maintenance was reasonable for requests for us. Dislike that they change websites all the time for paying rent. Kind of annoying having to set up everything more than once. Got screwed out of the pet deposit with no pet damage to our apartment. They want us to go to the rtb to get our $ back which is just poor practice. Extreme lack of Holiday spirit I would say. Don't stay here longer than 1 year. We were paying $1250 initially for rent then it shot up to $1500 so it wasn't worth it anymore. Overall management was kind before moveout happened though. Dog run area was a big plus as well and they supply dog bags too. Pool is nice to have. Clubhouse can be rented out as well for small events. Gym is lack luster (more equipment would have been nice) but nice to have in general

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s just paint & plywood. Pet friendly with NO soundproofing!?! You can hear everything your neighbours are doing and every step they take. Ridiculously overpriced. Air blows through vents in the ceiling in the winter and the inflow intake is by the parking lot so you have gasoline/diesel smell blowing into your apartment.
Oh yeah, nobody did a walk through with me when I moved in so all the damage that was there was blamed on me. B.S
Worst experience in my life. One star is too generous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for two years. Had my truck broken into twice. Management said there’s nothing they can do about it. There are people driving into the lot late at night smashing out windows and driving off. I was leaving valuables in my truck at first so they got away with a good amount. The second time I got broken into I even left my doors unlocked. There were also other cars broken into (at least 4) who all had the windows smashed out
Also the a/c unit hangs in the living room and blows only into the living room, so if you like to sleep in a nice cool bedroom in the summer that’s not happening
If you’re living in the smaller wood buildings near the tracks I hope you like falling asleep to screeching locomotives! The tracks running down Wilkes is probably one of the busiest tracks in the city.
