I have been a customer of shoppers tuxedo for the past 7 yrs. My most recent visits have been met with long waits, inaccurate information and a very non caring attitude. I have therefore moved all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I noticed the new "owner" photo is non existent on the wall? Is this a sign that there isn t a competent person or just a temporary owner? I have talked to other friends in the community. We are so disappointed with shoppers drug mart. Shame on You!

Staff Pharmacist is too busy to even consider going through process of prescribing a T1. He opened with a "Yeah... I don't really prescribe T-1's" hoping I would just go away. Sore throat pain kept me up all night and 600-800 mg of ibuprofen not quite enough. Had to go next door to Safeway where the pharmacist had more support staff and acted like an autonomous professional. She saw that I had not filled any medication the past 6 months, heard my symptoms and prescribed a short days supply. There is still a place for T1's in therapeutics albeit a small one.

This location is not the same anymore. I have been a long time customer at this location, at the least 12 years. I looked forward to the service I used to receive when I came in, but sadly only a few familiar faces remain and the great service and smiles have left as well. Thank you for the past great service and kind staff. I have now transferred my prescriptions to another location, as the privileged new owner doesn’t seem to know what she is doing.

After 30 plus years with this location I have quit doing business with all Shoppers Drug Marts. Three months in a row the Pharmacy messed up my prescription renewals. They kept telling me that my prescription wasn't filled because my Doctor's office hadn't responded. Turns out Shopper's computer system says it sent a Fax to my Doctor but it didn't send a fax. The last Pharmacist I dealt with said there was a glitch in their computer system and there was nothing they could do about it. You should have seen the look on her face when I asked "why don't you fix the system". If you are using their app and you are renewing a prescription that has no more refills it gives you the option to request the Pharmacy to contact your Doctor - it doesn't sent a fax request to Doctor even though the system says it did. You can see from other reviews that service has really gone down under new ownership. The previous owner knew me and greeted me by name. I have never seen the new owner there. Now it seems to be different staff everytime I come in. Miss you Arnold ? Moved my prescriptions to a new grocery Pharmacy located near the Outlet Mall.

i visited this Shoppers drug mart this week wanting to have a prescription filled. I was informed that the wait time was 2 hours! I had other errands to do, so i left and came back. When I returned to pick up my prescription, the staff member could not find it. Then they looked in the computer and my information was not on file? Surely within 6 hours, one would expect my prescriptions would be ready. So, i just asked for my prescription to be returned to me, but even that was a task as it was lost? I am disappointed at the lack of care and attention. I'm not alone in noticing the downward spiral of service here. Friends discuss when we're at Rady or synagogue about the "change" in service from this pharmacy. There is not any staff to attend to your needs, they are very rude and condescending. Their superiority attitude may impress some. I can speak for the majority of the community, this store has nothing to be proud of. The pharmacy staff can perch on their pedestal and look down at us. Just realize, there is a long fall ahead. . I and others will absolutely not have any prescriptions filled here in the future. This store was an integral part of the community for many years. Sadly new ownership has changed that. I am sure Safeway pharmacy can more than meet the needs of our community.

Some of the pharmacy staff here are awesome, kind and patient people, and I thank them very much. You never really know how something simple as being polite and understanding (or at least trying) can affect someone so deeply, especially if they are already in a bad place. To the staff who don't know me, my medical history, my story, etc. though, please try not to judge patients so harshly. I know it's impossible to know which patients really need their medication and which ones are just abusing them, but at least treat the patient with respect. Even if they ARE just seeking to abuse, they are probably in more emotional, mental and physical pain than you can imagine. And you don't know their story. I slept half my life away before being diagnosed with narcolepsy. I just want to be awake to spend time with my family and do other things that normal people take for granted. I'm still working out dosages and medications with my doctor. It's totally fine to check with doctors to make sure there are no mistakes, but no need to belittle people who are just trying solve legitimate medical issues.

The staff here remember me by name, they are kind and helpful. They are always wonderful to me, I’ve never had a bad experience. A lot of customers are impolite and demanding, which is unfair and stressful. You should always treat others as you want to be treated! I thank them routinely for their service, they really go above and beyond. During the pandemic lines were crazy long and wait times long, but that wasn’t the staff’s fault and they shouldn’t be treated poorly because of something not in their control. Seriously wonderful staff. Thank you for all you do!
