★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees have called the wrong doctor multiple times (despite having my current GP listed on the only prescription I have re-filled, and my file). With one incident, they had the wrong number for my GP, and never bothered to contact the clinic or myself to ask about the right one. They have also failed to communicate to me any problems with filling my prescription, leaving me out of medication for days. it's nice they have delivery options, but their lack of attention to detail and follow through is terrible, negligent, and borderline dangerous.
