★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff may be unhelpful at times. Better if you know where to find what you need. Good selection of products but prices are more on the high side therefore it is worth checking what they have on specials. Store is normally well organized. Use the PC Optimum card to get discounts, even though I don't think they are fully transparent on how we accumulate points on this card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping there all the time. Some of the associates are friendly and helpful. I should give 4 or 5 stars but only once a guy made me mad (tall, fat, white short hair). He didn't know how to apply mall discount to my order and he lied to me that he did it. After I saw my receipt (not leaving the counter) I politely asked him to correct it. At first he ignored me and continuing helping the next customer, then after I asked him second time he asked me to go to the end of the line waiting for my turn. I refused because it was not my fault, so he just continuing ignoring me. I need to pick up my son from daycare so I didn't have time to argue with him, and I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beauty boutique is amazing with lots of makeup and fragrance products. Friendly staff, always willing to help. Their makeup department is awesome, I like that you can find a good luxury brands from Europe. My favorite part is that you can always save your points and get some expensive stuff with it. Its pretty easy to earn points when you shop at superstore as well.
