★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been with this pharmacy for over a year, every time i order medications is a problem, never on time, waiting times very long, and the last 4 times my pills were short!! more than 20 pill short, they need to count the pills in front of us when pick them up because dont trust any more. We will be leaving this pharmacy for another one, very uneficient and not trusty one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only there was an option for zero stars! This pharmacy never has ANYTHING in stock. Every time, we call for a refill - they have to order and it’s a 3 day delay. Then, Imagine going to fill a prescription for antibiotics and being told to come back in 3 days because they have to order. What?!! This happened twice in the last 3 months within our family. When you are prescribed an antibiotic...you kinda need to start taking it that day! Every single time, there is a problem. Recently they would not fill my 2 prescriptions together even though my doctor prescribed them together! Finally Just pulled my family’s prescriptions from here. Took them to another local pharmacy and the pharmacist couldn’t beleive that they would not fill my prescription! He actually said “ that is rediculous “ Very unprofessional but most of all, so scary how unreliable they are when they do provide you with your medications (most of the time, you are missing dosages) ...how they still have a licence to operate is beyond me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even 1 star for this location, poor service and don't take consideration what dr's order... keep coming back and forth for medication and by the time you get there not even ready... Staff need to educate on how to explain well to customer... we spend more than a week for my mom medication and ended up us doing the counting for medication to make sure my mom has enough,,, and myself experience was so bad too!!! I need my medication to be taken and they told me to call once its ready,,, it takes 5 days never heard anything until I came and check for it....
All of us are busy working and its not good to spend time for pick up when is not ready what they told so... please educate your staff ...
