Can't beat the prices but... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! I've been ordering for years and it just gets worse. Be prepared for lots of frustration as you deal with the Philippines. Please, please Winnipeg - get some decent customer service people!!

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. Buying Hytrin 10 mg back home (Australia) it is a very expensive exercise and this is the reason why I considered overseas. After dealing painfully for the last 10-12 months I am so disappointed that I thought maybe if I write an open complaint and others can read it I may get some answers to my predicament. When first ordered there was not support on "how and what to do to have a trouble free experience" So when my medicine wasn't arriving and I called UDS then only then I was told you need to send something else" Second time I've ordered there was other problems like "we only accept American Express" so there was again a delay which forced me to purchase this medicine here at a higher cost. This last time I ordered again and off course having learned through previous problems I placed the order by 9 January 2016 and emailed the required prescription and to make sure I sent another email requesting confirmation that prescription did get there and I received such confirmation.... As they said up to 2-3 days for sending shipment but the email to confirm the sending never arrived so by the 27th January I did call again I was told they never process the order because they never received the prescription, I mentioned having a confirmation that yes prescription received but I couldn't get anywere so I have send another one same day AGAIN, I did asked the operator to talk to a manager an a lady called Aphena and I told her about my frustrations but I think they are not very concern about it. Today 2nd February still haven't received shipment confirmation here we go again they still looking at it. What do you think? The product it's just as good as the one I get here but almost 2/3 cheaper than back home. I feel I can trust as far Credit Card details etc. The operators on the phone are nice BUT. I think they aren't organized well, to many different offices and or Departments and communication among each other is bad, as a customer I only find out what the problem was only because I called every time and if they deal with overseas customers like in my experience I think people will look for alternatives some were else. Mr UDS.you need to simplify your customer communications like this: Who ever takes the order will follow it through til is sent to the customer. Your service is UNACEPTABLE
