B	Bryna Lutz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re referred by a doctor you’ll get subpar service, if you’re paying for your service with insurance or out of pocket they treat you way better. If the lab botched a blood test or sample don’t expect for heartland to let you know for 4-6 weeks, making the whole process that much slower. If you have a phone appointment don’t count on it being within the hour of the appointment, they schedule in way too many people a day and then call you an hour and half after your scheduled appointment time. I know more people who have given up on heartland than who have successfully had a baby. Go to heartland at your own emotional risk.
O	Oceana Lahaie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not have asked for a better surgeon! I am so so blessed to have met Dr. McTavish who has been kind, informative and of top notch surgeon skills. Not only is he amazing at his skill but he’s kind, empathic, supportive… he explains things not too “above” ones head but not like you don’t understand anything either. He’s the ideal balance when it comes to teaching patients. He’s incredibly respectful and encouraging. Not only did he do my planned surgery with him but he had the kindness to comment on my progress from a prior surgery as well. Despite some minor anxiety of going into any surgery, I was very much at ease as I knew I was in great hands with Dr. McTavish. I was never rushed and always supported, every step of the way from consultation months prior to actual surgery date to upcoming follow-up next month. I’ve never met a doctor like him. Again, very blessed and grateful!

Also, whenever I call or email the clinic, I get a very fast, informative, and kind response from the front desk. They are professionals and know exactly what they are doing.

Everyone at the clinic that we saw and interacted with, were very helpful and very nice. They are amazing at what they do, and you can tell that they take pride in their job and helping families start a family of their own. The lab techs, the nurses , the physicians anyone in that building is approachable and always smiling. They are gentle and they are kind and extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. They are so organized and answer your questions in a timely matter with great detail and in ways we will understand. They are optimistic and rooting for anyone going threw any kinda fertility issues! I remember walking out of the room from my ultrasound after being told by the physician I was ready for my next step, when I walked out of the room I had two nurses cheer for me!! Like yay you did it you got this and handed me my paper work and made me Feel so supported! They are a dedicated group of people with big hearts, No matter what my result is in the end I am forever grateful for my experience and continued experience with the heartland family. The hope and knowledge they have given me has made a huge difference in my life. I recommend them to anyone and everyone ?

They offer support when it is needed. And encourage you to keep going. After eight years of struggling with fertility issues. Heartland fertility clinic helped us get our beautiful baby boy, with only one year being at Heartland. He is now three years old and the light of our life. Thank you Heartland you have helped us tremendously we now have a beautiful little family.

After speaking with my family doctor she referred us to the Heartland clinic with the warning it may take a couple years to get all appointments going. I was pleasantly surprised that within 3 months I had already had my first consultation and directions for tests to be completed. Every interaction with any member of staff has even fantastic. Super friendly and very helpful. It makes the scary process just a little easier when they make you feel so comfortable. Thank you Heartland clinic, can't wait to update the review with a happy announcement hopefully in the very near future.

The nursing team is excellent. They provide detailed information on your procedures and are quick at responding to questions and are very organized. I have had the privilege to be seen by all the physicians at Heartland and all of them are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. The physicians truly listen to your concerns and work with you to feel more comfortable about the process and timeline of the procedures. I now have a healthy baby girl thanks to Heartland and I highly recommend Heartland to anyone looking for fertility treatments!
