★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admittedly we did not proceed with any treatments at this facility. PCRM did not have the policies or capabilities to accommodate our request. The problem arose when discussing the issue with one of the nurses. Rather than attempt to field my questions in a professional manner, we were told to go to another clinic. I requested to be directed to someone more knowledgeable and was told that she was that person. Basically "Can I talk to the manager?", "I am the manager". Turns out not so much, I escalated my concerns to the administration. They did not contact me either, which would have been nice, but appeared to have received my email and delegated their response through the nurse in question. I was sent an article that was supposed to be validation for their policy and a more restrained message. I'm not sure they read the article though, I would have used it to support my request and will in the future. It stated my request was ethical but came with some issues that could be mitigated with the proper counselling. Which leads me to believe they aren't capable. The whole thing felt more like with dealing with some loud mouth on Facebook rather than a profession business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, to start off, I just want to say that when I initially decided to proceed with fertility treatments and such I had read some of the reviews that were on here and there were some quite lackluster reviews which almost scared me off, however, I can say I have had nothing but an incredibly positive experience with the lovely people here. So, take the poor reviews on here with a giant grain of salt!!
Everyone I’ve come into contact with, from the lovely ladies at the front to the nurses who “got me pregnant” (haha), everyone has been super friendly and helpful and ready to answer my never ending questions. I never actually met Dr Daniel in person but she was quite pleasant and friendly during our phone appointment.
Needing fertility treatments isn’t ever the route anyone would prefer to go, but I’m certainly grateful for the wonderful ladies at PCRM for making it an easier process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did IVF through PCRM May 2018. All of the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up being successful and having our baby boy February 2019.
We are planning another transfer sometime this year and will definitely be going back to PCRM for it.
Edited (January 2022). Our second IVF Frozen transfer was also successful in 2020 with PCRM. We now have a healthy and happy almost one year old baby girl!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very much thankful to Dr.Daniel without her i won't be able to bear my child, God used her as an instrument for me to get pregnant. My baby is now 5mos. old. Thank you again Dr.Daniel, see you soonest, maybe after 2yrs. I'll be requesting you to transfer my 2embryos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCRM has been amazing. All staff are respectful,kind,caring knowledgeable and on top of things. I wanna special mention McKenna and Lindsay here, you ladies just went above and beyond to make me feel supported all throughout the process. I never had to wait long for replies/answers, there is always someone to answer your question. PCRM is an amazingly well-organized fertility clinic. My husband and I are so grateful having a fertility clinic closeby , not to mention a great one. On our first IUI, I got pregnant. When I heard that good news from the team, they celebrated with me. I got blessed getting pregnant on the first try, but the honest truth is that even if it was not successful, I would still give a good review since my experience with this clinic is nothing but perfect. They are not in control of the result( whether one will finally get pregnant or not) but they took care of me, my husband and supported me in this journey and did not miss any step. Thank you Dr. Liang for being ur doctor , you are very kind. Thanks again PCRM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starting the process of IVF, I had an over the phone initial consult due to COVID with Dr. Smithson. He was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. Once starting the process everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. The first embryo transfer didn't take, when the nurse called to tell us she was very kind and compassionate as she was giving us the news we didn't want. We did one frozen transfer and were successful. At the beginning of the pregnancy when they were about to transfer me to my OB I started bleeding. They brought me in right away for an ultrasound to make sure everything was okay. Everything turned out fine. I can't thank them enough, I now have a beautiful 6 week old girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used PCRM Clinic in March and I found this place very friendly and professional. I had IVF treatment done, and I am very happy with my results. First round, with a fresh embryo transfer I got pregnant with my baby boy who is due in Dec 2021. Thank you, PCRM you guys did a wonderful job in my opinion and deserve a great review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the “treatment” done over phone call and messages exchanged with the dr through their app. I never met the doctor in person. Always when I had questions I needed to send message and wait for the nurse or someone else reply me back. Dr Ahn put me on medication for ovulation but never got to check if they’re working or if I need to change dosage or the medication. I moved to BC and I asked them to send a referral and the answer I got is because it’s few month after I stopped the treatment the doctor doesn’t wanna send q referral for the clinic close to my house. Basically they get the government’s money don’t do the treatment properly and they don’t care about the patient. It’s really upset to be treated like that…. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, because it’s more than year and half we’re trying and they don’t care. Please! If you’re looking for good professional this is not the clinic.
