★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice family run motel. Great accommodations with extremely reasonable prices. Rooms were immaculate and the corner room with the two queen sized beds was extremely spacious. Quiet area. Near restaurants and major highway from Fort Frances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon check-in the room smelled very strongly of perfume or air freshener. The air conditioner made a loud unusual noise. We spoke to the lady in the office to switch rooms as there were no other people checked in yet. She said we could not as all were booked. She didn't know what the smell was and didn't offer a solution for the broken a/c. Room itself was dated but clean except for carpet. Bathroom was updated and clean. Overall not satisfied with this motel. Found the reviews online to not be accurate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I stayed out. People that run the place are drunks. Yelling and screaming till 4am out in the back garage. Charge an extra $10 for a pet. The price I paid for this motel I could of stayed at a hotel!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent motel. Reasonable price. Very clean. Large rooms. It may not look like much from the outside but I recommend it. The only downfall was that the portable air conditioner did not cool off the room but fortunately it wasn't too hot outside so the windows could be opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner/front desk is really nice to us even thought we just walked in without trying to do any reservations. She managed to get us a room to stay for atleast a week and half since I'm here at fort frances fork work. Very clean room it looks really simple outside but the inside is really good for $80+ compare to other hotels around this town that costs 150+. Wud comeback again if I work in this town again in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gem of a motel...great owners who talk about 18 years of making this motel what it is today with a view to a king it better each day.
Well kept clean and neat room that has obviously been renovated. The mattress is memory foam and wonderful. The decor is pleasant and modern with cable, flat screen TVs, mini fridge and microwave. And the room is spacious with queen and writing desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable and very spacious rooms, 114 was recently renovated. The bathrooms are NIIIICE. Fluffy white towels! Lots of hot water! Even the complimentary coffee is excellent! A very good stay for a very good price.
