★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s okay place for just needing a bed, but the “complimentary breakfast” is not true. This is all they have.
There’s a coffee machine in the rooms already. So essentially, all you’re getting is free chips, juice and banana bread. Had I known this, I would of went somewhere else for complimentary breakfast as I travelled from out of town.
The pool is shut down due to maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We have stayed at this hotel/motel in the past and felt that under it's new ownership the condition of the property has declined considerably. It is in dire need of a lot of work and additional investment. The location is all it has going for it. Negative: Please see my above comments. That about sums up my assessment. We will not stay there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we get to our motel and there are chips and nuts on the floor. We paid $170 for king bed and jacuzzi suite and they gave us a bath bomb only to be told there is a $20 cleaning fee, for using one on a sign. They gave us wine glasses that were dusty as well, as we were going to treat ourselves to a glass of? for the first time in a couple of years. The bathroom only had one set of bath products. Their staff did not speak very good English, or seem to care about us when we asked for a discount, with nighttime staff. The only other motels nearby were booked/asking for two night bookings. While we were planning on staying in the area for two nights we most likely will head home after checking out the hot springs now. What was supposed to be a romantic getaway, has turned into a nightmare. Thanks for ruining it for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The clean bedding, towels and especially having the air conditioner. I liked that there was a coffee maker in the room. Negative: I did not like that the free refreshments were not available until 9 am. I also was shocked at how much more I was charged for a single night as it was more than I thought it would be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s never been a lodge like this before!! There’s like an awesome office and lots of rooms reminiscent of a five-star hotel. What a kind and friendly employees and house-keepers as well! Btw I really recommend here??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shower door handle broken in room couldnt use the stand up shower, also our room still had the garbage and dirty floors when arrived. Complimentary breakfast was included when arried told they cancled it. Also was told pool was opened and upon arrival to find out pool has been closed, has been for months. Not a very clean or well runned buissness. Will not stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrive there. There was no hot water. The TV didn’t work. They said there was complementary breakfast, which there was not. also the lobby didn’t open up till 930. This was the biggest dive motel I’ve ever stayed in so I recommend nobody to ever book there.
