D	Dahlia Rahime on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view was ultimately breathtaking and along with that the staff was nice. However, the walls are not very well insulated, and so therefore you can pretty much hear everything your neighbours are saying and doing. For instance all throughout the two nights we stayed you could hear someone snoring right above us. Along with that, there was a little girl screaming at the top of her lungs next-door to us and telling her mother off from 9pm-1am without stop. that’s certainly the last thing you want on holidays. Moreover, when we asked the manager for help opening sliding door, both him and his wife continue to come into our suite without a mask. I wish this establishment all the best, but I know that I personally will never be staying here again.

Very reasonable price when 3 other local hotels were charging rates much higher than advertised online. Hopeful for the restaurant reopening as the courtyard view is amazing.

A nice sunset with a glass of wine, after a day spent on pool, it is all you want to finish the day. Steve and Edit make you feel like home, with a smile on their face bringing you the breakfast. D	Dina Ankudinova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! Feels like HOME! It was amazing stay! Very clean, cozy, gives a European vibe of guest house comfort. Rooms are huge with beautiful views from balcony! Hosts are friendly, helpful and just nice couple with the exceptional customer service. Breakfast is so delicious, fresh cooked omelet, crepes, waffles, coffee. I love everything about this place and would recommend it! Better, than staying at fancy expensive hotel with small room with no home feeling. Definitely will be back next time visiting radium hit springs!!!!

Her husband Steve came out immediately after welcoming us and smiling as well. They were both so wonderful and friendly. Took us to our room which is so cute and cozy. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The veiw from your personal deck is spectacular. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were unable to try the restaurant cause it wasn't open for the season yet, so we will be going back to stay with them once its open to relax and enjoy some dinner and drinks on the patio. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

My husband has allergies so we called and owner and she agreed to move us to upstairs one bed room with extra charges . No one at desk and no one answer phones, took us 15 mins found staff who is working in the laundry room .When we enter the room, everything is old and smelly. Unbelievable that bed sheets and pillow were on the floor. Everything including the carpet is sooo old. We had to run to the laundry room few times to fold own sheets and got an extra blankets from closet. The sofa bed that we used as “ bed “ has uneven positions so we had the most horrible experience and sleeps at this place .Breakfast item were cheap, dinning table were dirty and coffee tasted like water.

They left a lock box on the door handle and texted us the pin number. This worked well. The view from the room was good. Breakfast was a challenge. Couldn't find the milk for the cereal. Had to use 3 creams I cereal and eat it dry. Found the fridge with the milk half way across the room not near the Breakfast area. Unfortunate incident.

Yes the view is great, the price per night low, the room clean, the toilet trouble flushing only water, the Hungarian Restaurant is no more and the breakfast was not the mouth watering Hungarian spread described in previous post(s), but instead a very basic continental of bread, cereal, juice, and luke warm coffee. I assume the ownership-management has changed here and the Hungarian ownership is no more as the flags flying did not have a Hungarian, Canadian, or provincial British Columbian representation?? The Trip Advisor and Google description of this hotel needs to be changed to avoid future patron disappointment. Would I pay more somewhere else to get what’s advertised, yes.
