h	helen mitsoglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ what a hidden gem of a motel. It’s family owned & you couldn’t be more grateful for how they treat you. Warm welcoming hands, compassionate, knowledgeable, best rates in town & must I not forget so generous! I didn’t have anything to cook with in my little home but they made sure I had a hot plate and pan to cook myself good meals during my duration. If I ever stay in radium again, I’ll make sure I go here. Love to support communities that help each other. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you for making me feel comfortable as a single 28 year old female. It means the world :)

S	Sophie Amin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre booked a night on booking.com, stated that my partner and I would be arriving late at night between 2-3am since we had finished packing to move to BC late at night the day prior in Calgary and had to drive over the mountains to BC. After a scary snowy drive over the mountain, extremely tired, and with a dog with us, we arrived to see an open sign but no one in the lobby and it was locked. We waited 20 minutes and called and texted multiple times before leaving to find another hotel to stay the night at because we were exhausted. We were also unable to get a refund due to their no show policy... Which doesn't make sense because we were unable to even check in. Maybe the clerk fell asleep but this was completely unacceptable and made a stressful trip much worse than it had to be, in addition to losing $90. Would not recommend.
F	Fox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap budget accommodations. Pet friendly , was clean enough , water was hot , complimentary coffee in room , microwave worked. Its not a 5 star hotel so don't expect it to be perfect..... IT IS a good budget hotel. 9/10 !

The rooms are NOTHING like the pictures, they are completely fabricated. I am sure that the yellowed dirty walls, cracked and worn floors, dirty bedskirts from the 70s are original. I was horrified in too many ways by this motel. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS DUMP! (And I am pretty easy going with places as long as they are clean, but this is definitely a HARD NO!)

They helped us so much and we are ever so grateful. The motel owners are amazing and I highly recommend staying with them.
