We dinned here with my family and we had a great dining experience thanks to the hands on manager( Travis)who ushered us in to the already set up table. Great food thanks to the talented chef and nice service we indeed felt great here. We recommend anyone travelling to Radium to consider this restaurant for their dinner/supper meals.

I just want to say it was an AMAZING experience. The staff were extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. If you love Austrian food or want an excellent introduction to Austrian dishes, please go here! The portions were huge, and they offered a menu of classic and unique dishes. Definitely recommend making this your dinner choice if you ever have the chance.

B	Blaze Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After Helna’s was refusing customers without reservations for the 3rd night in a row, we decided to come try the food here since I read that they were similar. The atmosphere is very cozy with warm lighting and rustic furniture, basically very homey feeling. The server we had was very nice and concise when it came to getting our order and refilling water, etc. After ordering, it only took about 20ish minutes to get our food to get on the table(I had the steak with seafood with an Oscar sauce). The steak I ordered was perfectly cooked to a medium rare and well seasoned although there was a few piece of silver skin and connective tissue that made the meat tough. Everything else on the plate complimented each other very well and I would definitely be coming back here the next time I visit Radium!
M	Mike Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Radium with my girlfriend for vacation and thought we would try out this resteraunt because we had seen photos of the resteraunt posting "Wecome Albertans" on facebook. We quite enjoyed the ambiance. I liked the old german/austrian theme inside the resteraunt and the folk music in the background. The food was absolutely phenominal! I was nicely filled after I ate and thought about how good it was for the next few days! The reason I took off a star though was because of the server. She seemed a bit gruff when she first brought us to the table. When we asked her for a description of the food, she just told us to read the menu. I do know how to read the menu, but when I ask for a description, what I really want to know is the small details such as the kind of sauce, what the side salad is like, is there gravy? Etc. In addition, when we asked what kind of wine pairs well with our choices, she just said, its wine, pick one in a very judgemental manner.. this made us feel extremely judged and uncomfortable for the rest of the meal every time she checked on us including me being afraid to ask for a refill of water. I understand that in post covid times everyone feels stressed, but I feel that it would have been nicer if she would have acted less judgemental towards us. I would absolutely love to come back to this resteraunt, however I would try to get a different server.
J	Jo Buena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here on our way. My friends and I wanted to try the restaurant as it looked very nice and beautiful ambiance. The food was great. We had the smoked salmon for appetizer and my friends and I had 3 different types of steak and we all enjoyed it. The serving was also large so that was great. However, I do believe great experiences almost always ultimately depends on the service and hospitality we receive. The server who served us was very rude and I seemed to discriminate us. She was very nice to what seems to be regular customers but she don’t even bother with us. When we got served our drinks, it took her forever to take our order.. then our food took another lifetime and no apologies from her. She just looks very tired and couldn’t care any less. She also checked on every single table around us how they were doing but always skips our table. It also took forever for her to bring us our bill and when she did, she was throwing the machine at us. When done, she took the machine and left without saying a word. On our way out, determined to still not have her ruin our night.. we nicely said goodbye and in return we got an eye roll. I totally understand if the staff was just genuinely tired and busy but she was really going out of her way to be rude with us which we didn’t appreciate. So for anyone wanting to try the restaurant, go ahead as their food was delicious. I just wish you get a better service than we did.
A	Alan Fregtman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very generous portions of tasty German food. I had the "Oscar" Schnitzel with a side of delicious Spätzle, which I had never had a chance to taste before. It's really good! Great place for families. Fun decor inside, too.

The server gave us out menu,and water. She told us about the daily special and was able to explains items On the menu. The meals were served piping hot and delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly. In fact, Franz the owner, came out at twice to see that everything was satisfactory. Only regret? Did not leave room for the yummy looking apple strudel.
