M	Matthew Vyse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful chalet located at the top of Radium, wonderful views. The rooms seemed to be lacking any kind of wall decorations and the bed seemed very small and uncomfortable. The living room area however was great, with a stone gas fireplace and a private balcony that provides amazing views of both landscape and wildlife. When we stayed room service was not currently being offered but I was told to ask the desk for anything I required, they did happily provide extra towels when I asked. The reasturant next door was also temporarily closed so breakfast was continental, a nice option I guess but the coffee (most important part imo) was very weak bordering on water. Overall I think the pros far outweigh the few cons, I would consider staying here again.
N	Noel Kingwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively good value. Shower tap regulator didn't work so only had piping hot water. It was late and I didn't want to bother staff after the office had closed for the night. Beautiful view.

This time we got their largest and most expensive room with two very small balconies that had the worst views. The bathroom was super dark with only one working light. The appliances and amenities are 30-40 years old. The shower barely worked. The couch was stained and was said to be a pull out that isn't what you'd expect and was broken. They called the included breakfast hot which only had toast as the hottest food item. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. We will never stay here again. It's too bad because it has so much potential.

I find the stuff not very helpful with the situation. The place is not good to stay especially with the kids its dirty and not smell good. I didn’t feel any comfort with this place. I ask for any consideration to refund our remaining day but they refuse am okay with that but the way to handle the situation is not good at all. I hope you learn from our bad experience with this place and help you to decide. Just find a place even its not close to the hot spring just to spend a night with more cheaper place but clean place. All the staff even Eric didn’t give me a good answering about my concern I don’t he didn’t a right decision handling our situation. I hope you improve your service and your policy to your clients benefits not always on your benefits. Not Satisfied customer.
C	Ch1cken Phat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was wonderful, radium chalet really does offer some beautiful views from their balconies as it is located roughly 500m up the side of the mountain. Check in was painless aswell. The blinds in the bedroom could be updated though, you can see right into our bedroom so we had to hang some towels for added privacy. Overall I would like to return one day, but in room 327. Because that one is a corner unit with wrap around balcony.
J	Jenaya a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed one night here in a corner suite on the 3rd floor. We booked this room previous to arriving. The staff were lovely and helped with anything we needed. The views were incredible! The fireplace was so cozy. Only downfalls were that the parking lot is very small and cramped. Had a bit of trouble backing out of there. Some of the windows in our room couldnt be opened which made it hard to cool off the bedroom in the middle of the night but these are the smallest of issues. Overall had an amazing time and will definitely return! Best place to stay in Radium by far!

My dog also loved the property and all the peoples and other curry friends he met. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at I’ll 100% return, made me feel right at home!
R	Richard Shatto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a family trip from Calgary to Vancouver, we stayed at the Chalet because of the type of inn and the quaint views. I usually opt for the smaller, locally owned businesses instead of the big corporate franchises. The stay was great. Parking was good. Access to rooms was easy. Our two junior suites really nice and comfortable. We'll stay there again the next time we go through Radium.
