R	Randal berard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was staying here for work. Me and a co worker were working out of town and chose this location to stay at due to the reasonable price. We are both smokers but never smoked in the room. We smoked outside every time. But the air conditioners out side sucked the smoke inside the room which caused the room to smell like cigarette smoke. Kinda a flaw with the hotel and also my co worker had a cigarette butt fall out of his pocket on the floor very obvious that’s what it was. But they still decided to bill us $500 for smoking fee and even agreed they belive we did not smoke in the room but that they do not care. Seems this was just a money grab. Would not recommend staying here to anyone.
S	Saundra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleasantly surprised with my room. 100% clean and no odours and fully renovated. I was not so happy with my rate. I felt that with the soccer tournament,, they had jacked the rates substantially and that is disappointing. Michele was fabulous and I would recommend the hotel if the rate were ALOT less. I feel for $179/night - it was too expensive, but since I was scrambling for a room due to my husband being unable to take us camping, I had no choice. So at the end of the day, i felt safe (new doors), room was super clean, staff were great - only downer was the rate - it was way too much.
A	A Google User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are clean, renovated. The hotel managers were absolutely amazing! Had some great neighbors. Accessible BBQ and picnic benches for guests. Friendly room attendants. I WILL definitely stay at the Motel6 in Camrose again.
D	Devi Gershbain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $100 fir a second floor room only to find out my friend literally in the room below me paid $80. I called the motel to make a rey and got screwed by the manager charging me more for the second floor and more then the Motel 6 website which I checked after unfortunately. The male manager knocked on my door Saturday morning I yelled hello, he had the gal to open the door as I lay there undresed in bed,!He had NO reason to be at my door. They aren't even cleaning rooms because of Covid. When my room key didn't work Sunday morning it took me 10 minutes standing outside ringing the after hours bell before I was helped. Room was clean. Wifi was super slow.
A	Ashley D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am rating this much higher than I expected. I did not have high expectations for this place given it's a motel and my track record with motels is not pleasant. The exterior is not appealing whatsoever. I was very surprised. It was extremely clean. My room appeared to be newly renovated. There was no icky carpet. I really couldn't find much to complain about. I liked how simple the light switches/plug ins were by the night stand so there was no fumbling and unplugging alarm clocks to plug my phone in. I checked in quite late and the front desk staff Michelle (I believe) was very friendly.

The bed was a perfect firmness and the pillows were great too. I would not hesitate at all to stay again. It is along the main road but the traffic noise was very minimal. Also, it's right beside the RCMP so not likely a motel where there'd be much for trouble.
