s	scott march on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have good service in the Banquet Halls here, they do plenty of things they don't have to ( providing to go containers, and dealing with seating and cleaning the floors) to make your experience better! Props to them for making my Uncle's Celebration of life that much easier on us.

I bought 3 of these meals It was a takeout order in the mid afternoon so they weren't that busy. The takeout trays were not even very full compared to what we have got before.... 3 people very very disappointed!!!

The staff at the lobby we're super friendly and helpful. The roast beef supper was well prepared, flavorful and enjoy able. Good job Norsemen Inn!

The Inn is the BEST place, Hospitality OUTSTANDING, Food DELICIOUS, Our room was SPOTLESS, Lots of room for parking. Camrose is a BEAUTIFUL place Thank You

(I started cleaning my self) Sheets were only changed because I asked for clean sheets. They never dusted unless I asked. I can live with out dayed rooms but the cleaning staff need to learn how to clean.
R	Ron Arthur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was really dirty & bathroom floor was cold. Wednesday Morning @ 5:45 door slammed then again @ 6:45 AM. I was not very happy. I had supper in the lounge Tuesday evening. I asked the server if the gravy was gluten-free, she didn't know. I said put the gravy on the side, which they did, but put gravy on the roast beef. The server said she told the cook on duty about my gluten intolerance, apparently that did not concern the cook. Very disappointing!
C	Canadian Athletic Club on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our hockey team stayed here for the Camrose Showcase Tournament and we had an excellent experience! They catered to our hockey team by providing 6 meals specifically timed around our teams hockey schedule and allowed us to set up in their banquet room to hang out as a team. We will be back next year without a doubt!
G	Graham Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mattresses were not kind to my back. They were wavy? My daughter was in a very thin and noisy mattress. There was a fair bit of train noise, etc. We were on the north side of the building. The rooms were alright otherwise. We had some good food at the cafe.
