★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room really stinks. It has a rancid meat or rotten something smell that is all through the room. We got strong air fresheners and it is still gross.
Upon hearing our unhappiness with the ransid smell managemennt was quick to inspect, agree, put the room out of service and happily moved us to a fresh room. Management also covered our room fee for the night. Updated initial one star rating to a 4 star rating due to good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just recently stayed here as a group for a baseball tournament. Rita at the front desk went above and beyond, helping me with my last minute requests etc. She seemed to be one of the only employees on shift in the evening and she did everything from taking check ins to stocking towels in the pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is spot on. I didn't give 5 stars because our stay started out poorly. We were initially unhappy with our room, for a very legitimate reason, but once we reported the issue, management stepped up. We were immediately moved to a new room (in a full house) & our first night was discounted at 100%. ??? Our new room is great. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lobby and room were exceptional clean and inviting. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, good selection of hot and cold items. Staff were extremely friendly and kind. The best stay we have had in a hotel for a long time. Very quiet place. We will definitely stay again.
