C	Curtis Sutter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Panzarotti (as did my wife) and we both quite enjoyed it. Kids were very happy with their pizza and pasta meals. Server was excellent, very cheerful, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this place to eat as a family.
S	Soo Jung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good. Love the SOUP! Which was all you can eat they said, depends on which type of menu you pick. The system was a bit different. You have to empty before you get other one and you can order soup and salad same time either.. unless you demand for it. The place could use upgrade a bit that shows wear and tears. Just a bit of adjustment and upgrade would make this place nicer. We will go back again.
l	lori pyzik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually a good experience but not today! I found a piece of tinfoil in my meal (and anybody who has ever bit on tinfoil knows how horrible that is on the teeth). I showed the waitress who took it to the kitchen to show the chef and then came out to say " the cook says sorry". No discount, nothing. Personally I think the owner/manager should have at least come over to chat but he was too busy chatting with another man at the door. The meal itself was only mediocre, probably will not be returning unfortunately as this is usually a good place to dine.
C	Criss Mce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ East Side Mario's consistently serves good basic food, and the service is quick and friendly. Can't beat the unlimited soup or salad and bread! I find the atmosphere overly loud though, which makes it difficult to hear conversations. I removed a star because of the loud atmosphere and because the food is not outstanding.
E	Emil Yim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food: All the food was rather bland and underwhelming. It looked good but there wasn't a lot of flavor to back it up. Everything was cooked ok just not very memorable. Service: waitress was nice but dismissive. We got the bare minimum service but that was it. Very short and quick interactions. Atmosphere: decor is very fun and lively. It is very fun to look around the restaurant at all the little things here and there.

This time the salad tasted & smelled like a bagged salad from the local grocery store. It wasn't even close to what ESM's usual salad tasted like. What's happened to your great salads? Kind of reluctant to order again!
C	Colin Linton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got seated quickly, service was friendly and fast. Food was great. Had scallop carbonara, and my wife had the seafood linguini. Scallops were fresh and tender. Wife had a couple of pieces of shell in her pasta, but that fairly common with mussel shells. It's too bad our 3 kids weren't so picky. Could have ordered one kids meal and split it amongst all 3.
K	Katherine Melancon (Katie) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately had a not so great experience today, i had ordered the garlic chicken wings and ate one without realizing they were raw... the waitress and manager were so apologetic and comped my meal and offered me anything off the menu and free dessert and gave us a discount on our bill. I didn't take them up on any food because I had lost my appetite. The rest of my table had good meals! I really appreciate how the staff handled this. This is less of a complaint and more of a caution to others to look at the first bite of their food to make sure its fully cooked, I learned my lesson today, here's hoping I don't get sick because of it
