★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went and bought some flowers from the outdoor garden center late in the season and last minilute. Hope was working and she was so helpful and cheerful. She picked out the best selection for me, she rang through everything quickly while I continued to shop and even helped me take my purchase to my vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in Dec 17th,1 hr before closing. Looking for some materials needed to finish up a bathroom reno. Rona staff member Del, assisted us and explained what I should be looking for when I was actually about to purchase the wrong part. They were out of stock for what I needed but he had an idea of where to locate a lose part that I could use. Del went out of his way to get me set with what I needed, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Saved me a return trip as we don't live right in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I was unable to find the information on their website or Alberta.ca I just want to let everyone know that they do not check vaccine status of contractors and if you want them to wear a mask you need to tell them before they come to your door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store itself is well stocked, but watch out for the yard workers. We went in to pick up a special order item. The yard manager and one worker loaded it and damaged the vehicle. I pointed it out to the manager and he basically just shrugged it off. I tried several times over a few weeks to find out if they were going to pay for damages. Nothing. So with this said, they have lost all the rest of the business we were giving them for the new house over $200 damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped in to pick up some plumbing stuff today for a bathroom renovation we are doing at home … Alex happened to come down the isle and asked us if we needed a hand. I have never in my life run into such a knowledgeable, helpful, and kind person in a hardware store, let alone a retail store, in my whole life. Thank you very much Alex for all your help and information … we very much appreciated your time.
