★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is pretty good - some really good and some poor. The beauty department is lacking "friendly" service - they act quite snobby. Pharmacist is good, but busy! The one complaint I do have is lack of space and direction on lineups. There is no set place to line up at the pharmacist so someone will start a line down one isle and there is already another started around the corner - They could use painted arrows or something on the floor. The store needs to be bigger for all the items they have crammed in there.

But the Pharmacy area needs improvements.
The day we went we had a line up, and the medication wait was 45 minutes, considering my daughter just got released from the hospital.
Also the staff are not friendly and seem grumpy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store was clean, staff provided good customer service, and the lotion and dental picks I purchased were a good deal. Shelves were quite bare in some areas, but given the current health crisis, that's to be expected. I was particularly impressed by how neat and visible the magazine display was! I was able to see every single one clearly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very rude staff. when i ask question about my medication gave rudely answer, friend of mine was in line and he told me later that 2 girls and manager were talking with my name and laughing on me. this is very serious cause they don't care about the business, this is my regular pharmacy for last 5 years but from now i am going to change my pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Camrose just for the day and visited Shoppers, not sure if I would find what I was looking for.
Big shout out for Lorna at the cosmetics counter, she took me under her wing, she was both friendly and professional and helped me a great deal to find the fitting products and giving me extra tips on make up application.
Great customer service and thanks again Lorna for all your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite place to shop in general. Great stuff and deals. Staff are friendly for the most part, except for when a few visits I’ve had. Disappointing and lazy customer service from one cashier in particular.. pretty sure the name was Cynthia. Asked for help and she was rude about it. Also heard a few talking about customers at the till

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a rapid test for 5, got it done by 5:10 and waited almost an hour for my results because no one told me to stand in the line for prescription pick up to get my results. The lady in the prescription drop off knew I had the rapid test done but waited almost a half hour to tell me I was in the wrong line and had to go to the other line for my results. Where I had to wait another 10 mins. They need to have better signage or communication on what to do, what a joke.
