★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Live in Camrose. Dryer making squealing and thumping noise. Went to YouTube to determine what the problem might be. Discovered it might be idler pulleys. Video was 20 min long on how to repair it, which required pretty much disassembling over half the dryer. Was not looking forward to that. I phoned them at 3:55 pm. Website says they close at 4:00. Wasn’t expecting an answer. Girl says she’ll see if she can contact the serviceman. I get a call at 4:30 from Duane telling me he can look at it. No one at my house, family is gone. I get home at 5:30, nobody here. Go downstairs expecting dryer to be apart. Small bag with old rollers/idler pulley along with belt sitting on top of dryer. Dryer is in tact, plugged into the wall. I turn on dryer and it purrs like a kitty! Wow! Unbelievable! All that for $135.00. Gladly pay that to save me a lot of work and frustration! Thank you so much Duane. I highly recommend these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got parts for my washing machine. They have been super helpful both times I've been in for washer parts. Helped me out on a warranty claim on the first one. They figured out it was still under warranty and got the part for me no charge. It's a 3 hour return trip for me to get to them, but it's been worth the drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took in my Bosch Dishwasher as it wasn't draining. Thought it needed a new drain pump. Chris diagnosed it as a piece of glass jammed into the propeller preventing it from working properly. Only charged me the drop off fee. An ethical local business that should be supported.
