★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When our van started skipping first gear, we called around and Transmission Express was able to squeeze us in to look at it. They diagnosed the issue quickly, ordered parts and had it all fixed up within a week and its been running beautifully since. Highly recommend this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took one of our trucks to them and have had to return it twice within 5 weeks now. They keep saying they fix it, but even today we went out and it won't shift into gear. These guys want the business, but their quality is very poor. We won't be doing anymore business with them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t believe any of the negative reviews. We have bought hundreds of transmissions and transfer cases from them over the years and they are always professional, helpful and very friendly. I would never consider looking elsewhere for a transmission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the folks at Transmission Express look over a vehicle I recently purchased to see if it was worth fixing. I had to wait a while for them to look at it because they were swamped (which they told me up front when I dropped it off - really appreciated the forthrightness) but they came back with a thorough inspection and without any pressure to make a decision immediately. In the end it isn't worth fixing the vehicle and I'm glad I brought it to them so that I could get some honest feedback and make my decision easy. They were also very accommodating about giving me time to arrange to pick it up. I will certainly be using them for future automotive repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful quality and customer service!!! My cars transmission was replaced not even 60,000km ago and costed over $3200.00 to be replaced. I was driving on the freeway into Vancouver so I was over 10 hours away from transmission express ltd. and my transmission broke down. I just talked to the part-owner on the phone and she was trying to tell me that I should have come to their shop and they could have helped me then. Again, I was on the freeway into Vancouver so I had no other choice but to get it replaced in Vancouver. The sad part though is that I only paid $2200 to get it replaced in the most expensive city in Canada. When you spend over $3200.00 getting it replaced once you expect to last longer than 3 years and 8 months. Would not recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, great people, great prices. I was traveling through town when my transmission blew, they took a look at it right away and gave me a reasonable quote on a rebuild. Since I was from out of town they got to work on my trans right away. I would recommend this shop to anyone having transmission issues, especially if you're in a pinch. These people will get you where you need to go!
