E	Edward Pickett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made to feel welcome. Definitely shoulder season with road closures and the weather but still open and happy to see you. Flexible with ordering options as I was with a picky eater and after a long back and forth got his order spot on.

Since getting our shots we decided it was time to do our annual MTB trip to Golden/radium so we decided to come to jacks for lunch.... Something changed not sure what (management? Cooks?) Anywho we ordered these beef sandwiches that were way over hyped in the description. Using words like "mega" as you can see there was no mega meat or mega cheese.... Beef dip I ordered was supposed to be the the equivalent of a Philly cheese steak. I found the mega! MEGA disappointment. Fries were extremely greasy(you can see the orange grease on the left side of the plate). Won't be coming back after that. It's like they were rationing on the cheese as well. Maybe passed the block on the fine side quarter way and figured it would be enough for a 8inch sammich. End rant

J	Justin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service only got one drink. As soon as the food came we were never asked again for a drink. Prices jumped since 2019. Service changed. Nachos were $25 Had no veggies and half an inch thick of half melted cheese. Don’t go here try another place.

Too late for dessert but im sure the ice cream would have been just as good. Saw all kinds of sheep and deer on the street outside so were excited.
