And now just tonight called to place an order for pick-up at 8:25pm and the lady who answered said "actually were closing" I said "you guys are supposed to be open until 9pm, at least that's what Google says and your door and flyers I'm sure" she said nope were closing. So ya, so done trying to eat at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not be returning here, the fish had absolutely no flavor! Asked for bottled soda or even canned but that wasn't an option, I wouldn't mind paying the extra! I never have fountain because it is half chlorine water. (Most restaurants offer canned or bottled) the first visit at this restaraunt we had to wait 35 minutes. Second visit I ordered the Salmon and sweet potato fries and was up all night with an upset stomach. Plus I asked for bottled water and when they brought it I asked if it was carbonated and was told no when it clearly stated on the bottle that it was indeed carbonated! Three strikes, your out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feb 24, 2022 Camrose Joey's just opened, had a great fish, shrimp and chip dinner, fantastic food , great service, everyone must try the new place, it's the best place in town. The prices are good too. I will be back many more times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new restaurant is really great good to have Joeys Fish Shack here in Camrose we shall go again the service was very good and the staff were very pleasant and above all else the fish was exceptual we we be going there again it will be our go to place when you don't want to cook.its is awesome to have this restaurant here and hope they succeed because it really is great that we have a seafood restaurant the portion sizes were very generous. So if you enjoy seafood I truly recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the 2 piece fish n chips, we got the 3 piece. I ordered a side of gravy that we never got. We ordered a couple of cokes that came about ten minutes after our meal. We never got the bill at the end of our meal so when it came time to pay I had no idea what I was actually paying for.
That said, the food was good and the server was polite.
Maybe the owner should have more than one server on during the lunch rush. Seems like that could fix most of the issues with service.
Next time I'm in Camrose I'll probably just stick with Fatburger. Too bad :(
