Best dealership I’ve been to . Had a recall , went to the erin mills mitsu location and they wouldn’t fix before certain repairs & quoted me crazy prices . Come queensway and they do the recall no questions asked and alert me of several problems for a reasonable price . Johnny knows how to take care of his customers that’s for sure . Appreciate you man

I wish I could share some of the sentiments below about Farahaz but my experience was terrible. I was going to write out the whole series of events but decided to keep it simple: 1. He is completely unorganized – he arranged a time with me and when I showed up, he had no recollection of the appointment even though I confirmed the day prior. 2. He has no consideration for your time – On the initial visit noted above I arrived to find out the vehicle I was there to test drive did not arrive 3 days prior as he had previously indicated. When I asked why he didn’t notify me he basically said β€œoops” with no appreciation for the 45 minutes I came out of my way to see the vehicle. 3. He tried to gouge me on pricing. This one deserves a bit more explanation - 1st by adding fee's on top of an advertised price that clearly indicated only licensing and taxes where incremental, 2nd by offering one amount on my trade and then pretending not to remember what he committed to and lowering the amount, 3rd by choosing non-comparable vehicle listings to justify his revised trade value (and hiding the details so I would hopefully not notice), and 4th by trying to use unrelated items to create confusion to support his revised pricing (like talking about how much I owe on my trade when I made it clear I wanted to talk about a cash purchase price and then deal with financing after this was agreed to) And lastly, I don’t even think he knows the products...I came to test drive the PHEV twice and both times there was no gas in the vehicle so I couldn’t get the full driving experience. When I asked on the third visit why that was, he said so I could have the full electric driving experience...I had to remind him there is a button for that, you do not need an empty gas tank (just laziness). I am not sure if he is slow, lazy, or just of poor moral character but my recommendation is go as quickly as you can to another dealership even if it costs you slightly more as unscrupulous car sales people should never be rewarded with sales.

I had a blown tire over the weekend and had my car dropped off at the dealership by my tow truck and received a call from Johnny, the service manager, first thing Monday morning. I let him know I needed my car repaired as quickly as possible as I use it for work. As it's currently late November and time to switch over to winter tires, Johnny suggested he could provide me with a loaner vehicle to bring my winter tires to the dealership to be installed on my vehicle right away, so I could get my car back the same day. Not only was Johnny very personable, professional, and easy to deal with, but he followed through on his word and I got my car back that afternoon. It's hard to find a garage that will treat your problems like their own, but Johnny was there to help when I needed it most!

We had excellent experience at Queensway Mitsubishi. Farahaz and his team were very friendly, approachable and honest! They helped us get into our perfect SUV! I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a car to visit them.

Had some work done to my mitsubishi lancer. Booking was easy and efficient. Superior service and customer service by service Manager Mr Singh and his team. Work was supposed to be 3 hours, but I was in & out in 2 hours with a bonus clean car. Thank you again, for your great service Queensway Mitsubishi.

Purchase was quick and painless. Got a good deal for a vehicle I’m loving now. I was in dire need of a car when I bought it and Farahaz, the sales manager, was cool and straightforward. He’s not the typical sleazy sales person that would talk smooth and force you into a vehicle you’d probably end up hating. I found that he was a breath of fresh air compared to others we spoke with prior to going to Queensway. Most importantly, he delivers! Got my car the day that it was promised.

Got our second car from them in less than a year, we bought the Eclipse Cross SE and after 6 mo and getting a routine service Farahaz and I got to talking about the GT and how I should have gotten the top model from the get go. He made it happen! The price was right and car was in our hands in a week, we are absolutely in love with the value you get with Mitsubishi, be sure to go and speak to my man there he's a great guy and knows his stuff. Not to mention the cars they're putting out now are phenomenal <3
