C	Chase Buote on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location, but not worth the $400/night price tag We booked a double queen room and received a double twin bed room When we arrived the room was super and for some reason did not cool on its own. The Thermostat was definitely broken. The wifi did not work in our room. Their is only one restaurant at the location and room service is not provided. To make it worse the entire restaurant was booked for a wedding, no guest services provided. The mattresses were very soft and the only pillows offered were huge. After requesting smaller pillows to avail, I used a towel as a pillow. Its an alright hotel, just not worth the price of admission.

Everyone has been extremely friendly, the room was spotless, and the views are incredible. You get free espresso drinks, s’mores kits, and boat rentals each night you stay. I wish we had longer to experience more of it.

We have stayed twice in two different room types and prefer their rooms with balcony - nice outdoor space and help to make the room brighter. The resort also offers bike rentals for easy exploring in the area. Pyramid Island is also within walking distance if bikes don't interest you.
N	N R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 1 night on only. Liked the chalet style of this resort, kind staff, wonderful restaurant on site, great views of the late and mountains. The hot tub is located in the main building. Skates for rent, snowshoes, cross-country skies during the day. Fire pit outside the main building by the lake. Elks where walking across the road on the way to resort. Our room was very hot, we had to open the windows in -30 outside, because we couldn't turn the heat down. Possibly malfunctioning thermostat. We didn't explore further. Overall, beautiful place, we didn't stay long enough to explore more.
G	Gwendoline Hunka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely winter stay at the resort! Would have given it 5/5 however the rooms are not super soundproof. Our first night the people staying above us decided that they would practice their parkour until 1:30am. Thankfully, the front desk was kind enough to move us into an upstairs room (albeit beside them) and while we could still hear some stomping, it was considerably less so the second night was much better. Beds were super comfy, everything was very clean, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. Will certainly stay again!
T	Teri Northey-Potts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location just outside of town with beautiful views on the lake and mountains. Clean, newly renovated rooms with comfortable beds (we slept SO well). Our only complaint was that we received an email beforehand indicating that the restaurant was open, but when we arrived it was not and we had to run back into town (about 5km) for food. Overall great stay though. Would recommend!
M	Makan Golizeh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. We spent a few days at the resort. The suit was clean and comfortable with a magical view of the lake and the mountain. Guests have free access to a small outdoor jacuzzi, dry sauna and training room. We liked the jacuzzi very much. They can also rent a boat to go on the lake, which is also fun. There are barbecues on the resort if you enjoy having your meal close to the lake. It is also a few minutes' drive from the Pyramid island, where you can take memorable photos. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely go again.
J	Justin Levac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place to stay. The view was amazing with the lake and mountains as your view from the bedroom. Enjoyed having a morning coffee on the balcony and seeing animals walking by on the lake. Rooms were a good size with two beds and some small amenities like a coffee maker, microwave, and a fridge. Transport to the ski hill as well was a nice feature. The restaurant was a 1 minute walk away from the room. Food there was great. I really enjoyed all the ingredients were locally sourced from or around the area. The staff was super nice, and any issues were quickly rectified. (We had an issue with our key card and someone ran out with a new one instead of us going back to the front desk, which was super nice since we had all our stuff already out of the car.) Highly recommend spending a weekend here.
