T	Tiffany L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here over Christmas and loved the kitchenette suite with fireplace, king size bed etc. We had a large balcony, lots of space in the room. Loved that the bedroom was separate. Nice bigger washroom as well. Renovations have been done so compared to Tonquin Inn, Maligne Lodge you can tell the owner is putting an effort in. Staff were extremely friendly, we will definitely be staying here again. We come to Jasper quite often, and this was our first time stay at Marmot Lodge. Reason for this is we just couldn't justify spending $300+ a night for a standard room. But I guess this is the going rates during peak seasons.
J	Jolyn Hyrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay at the Marmot Lodge. I read through a lot of reviews of nearby, similar price range hotels and this one seemed like the best choice. We're a family of four and we stayed for two nights in a suite with a kitchenette king bed and pull out sofa. Staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. Seems like things had been reno'd/updated recently, so the reviews saying it's dated were not accurate based on what our room was. Beds were comfy. Shower pressure was good. Our kitchenette had really everything we needed. You need your own leftover stuff though (ie ziploc bags and containers) but I think that's normal unless you're in an Air BnB. Kids LOVED the pool - we spent six hours in there over 2 nights. If we're back in Jasper we'll surely stay here again.

The outdoor hot tub that they provided was a nice touch to the whole experience. Unfortunately the walls were not the most soundproof and at the time of our visit, there were a lot of kids outside running around making sleep quite difficult

The kitchen really comes in hand and is equipped with everything you need !(pots/pans, spatulas etc) We were also given paper plates/cups/ bowls. The staff (morning and night) were ALWAYS super friendly and answered any questions we had + recommend awesome food places! The place was full but we never heard anyone . The room was super clean, beds were very comfortable. Water temperature in the pool is warm so the kids were able to stay in there for a long time.
B	Belinda Guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location with access to some great trails. The staff are super friendly, especially Nicola who helped to sort out an issue that meant we weren't able to visit them on check in day. The lodge was also an accessible distance from the main town.
J	Juliane B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and practically furnished. The bathroom was large and had a nice shower. The room was very clean. Unfortunately, the mattress was so soft that I had difficulty sleeping. Also, unfortunately, it is all very noisy.
W	William Sadie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that it is in Jasper. However $250 a night with no breakfast ridiculous. Was clean and staff were friendly. The air-conditioned room nice and cool so made the stay comfortable. Beds were super comfy.
K	Keith Allen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was in June 2022 from the 9th. We had a 2nd floor double room which was very spacious, clean and with a window that opened. Fresh air. Coffee machine and a kettle so great for making English tea. Hotel provided tea bags etc etc so great. We had a view out across the mountains(one of the back set of rooms) which was great. The staff all very friendly and helpful. The pool was not in operation due to maintenance (shame) but the hot tub was. However able to use the pool in their sister hotel just up the road about a 5 min walk. The hotel is at the edge of Jasper so a 20 min walk from the station and central Jasper. A few local or near eating places as currently the hotel has no on site breakfast room etc. Not really an issue as only a 1 min walk, one comes across a couple of places to eat etc. Car parking is right outside ones room.
